Fun and visually interesting place! Server was friendly and knowledgeable when we had questions. Ordered pizza, spin dip and Greek salad. Pizza was hot and delicious, spin dip was yummy, the Greek salad was huge and amazing! Different selection of pizzas or you can create your own! Margaritas were strong and tasty. Cool place and different from big box pizza places. Give it a shot!

Good food! We loved the pizza and the pretzel bites that came with an amazing beer sauce, though it was a little pricey. The restaurant has a very unique theme that I’ve never seen anywhere else Service was quite slow and we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated despite a half filled restaurant (probably understaffed), so maybe make a reservation if possible

Soup and salad was delicious. The small salad is actually quite large. The kids meal pretzel is more like breadstick but still very good. The burger was okay, I wouldn’t order the burger again. Very unique atmosphere, very well done. No one brought us any napkins and we had to find our own.

Nothing was great, unfortunately. Pizza was far overpriced for the quality. I would have rather had any of the regular takeout brands of pizza instead of paying $24 for a medium pizza that we didn’t like at all.
For the appetizer, we got pretzels with salt on them. They were alright. We thought it was odd to have only mustard to dip it in. We then got the Buffalo chicken pizza. Honestly, the crust was my favorite part by far. You could hardly call or Buffalo. It didn’t even have a small kick. Kids got the French bread pizza and macaroni. They liked it alright. They didn’t ever bring the kids the juice that came with their kids meals though.
The waitress we had wasn’t at all attentive either, so we never bothered mentioning the missing juice and got out as quickly as possible. The kids liked the crayons and poster! Haha, overall a very odd experience that I don’t need to repeat.

The bar service was terrible! We ordered two tap beers and a small pizza as well as some wings. Believe it or not, our pizza and wings came out sooner than the beers! It almost took them around 20 minutes to bring us the beers. Our server was a very nice guy and he was waiting several tables as they were short on the staff but it seems that the bartender was not doing his/her job.
Now the food:
The wings were oven baked and the mild buffalo sauce was okay. Nothing special but very good price for the happy hour (~$6 for 10 wings).
The small pizza was nice, the crust was crunchy and the marinara sauce was good.

Great food and fun atmosphere. We had a couple different pizzas and both were awesome. Exactly as described on menu. Try the pretzel bite appetizer. Comes with PBR beer cheese dipping sauce and top beer cheese I’ve ever had. if you close I suggest going. Good prices too.

Went to Mellow Mushroom for their delicious gluten-free crust pizzas and left satisfied with their gluten-free spinach artichoke dip. A blend of four cheeses, the taste was delightfully rich and creamy. One tip would be to take the stems off of the spinach leaves and chop them into smaller pieces. 7/10 would return again if in the area.

Visited this location during August 2022. I’ve been to a couple of their locations and believe this sit is the most interestingly designed of them all. Really like the university vide with the Hawkeye mascot and other effects arranged throughout the restaurant. As for our order, the salad was really fresh and pizza super tasty. ESPECIALLY appreciate they continue to offer a non dairy pizza, as it’s the only one my daughter is able to eat.

For starters, our waiter forgot our appetizer and only brought out our mains. They never checked on us even though there were only 2 other tables seated. The food was not great. We got chicken added to one pizza and it was an extra $4.50 but it was at most 5 tiny pieces of chicken on a medium pizza. The pizzas were fine otherwise but the issue was the constant flies flying around. There were so many flies it was like you were fighting them for your food constantly. It was disgusting. I usually like mellow mushroom but this one might have ruined that. We got the thai dye and the holy skiitake pizzas. We added chicken to the shiitake and you can see in the photo there is barely any chicken. We would have complained if the waiter ever check in but he dropped our food and left and only came back to bring the check.
