“Best fries in the city” is a tall claim… but these are pretty darn good fries! They’re “boardwalk fries” so basically thin and natural-cut. Personally, I could’ve eaten them even without ketchup. The patty melt was awesome… cheesy, sauteed onions always hit, and the optional burger sauce brought it all together. My wife was head over heels for her bacon burger — it had a lot of bacon, and ‘with pickles’ meant plenty of those as well. “Even the tomato is great!” Very pleased. We love this food truck park so we definitely will be back.

The fries are amazing, not too salty not too squishy better than McDonald’s fries no shade. The burgers, I cant even describe how yum they were very juicy, the buns were just perfect. And the service was awesomeness!

We stumbled across Mellina’s while looking for a quick bite, and wow this place delivered on every level. From the moment we arrived, the service and food were top-notch.
I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with jalapeños and banana peppers. It was perfectly balanced heat, tons of flavor, and just the right kick. My wife and kids ordered the bacon burgers, which were juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right.
We also shared two baskets of fries, and honestly — these are “the best fries in the city.” I don’t usually finish my fries, but these were crispy on the outside, soft inside, and totally addictive.
For dessert, we tried the homemade ice cream, which was rich, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal.
What makes Mellina’s stand out is the experience. It’s a family-run food truck with a warm, personal vibe. They even brought our food right to our table. You can tell there’s real love in both the cooking and the service. It felt like a home-cooked meal made by a professional chef.
