The active manager on duty was DeAndre. He was very helpful and very, very nice. He’s the only reason for the three stars if it wasn’t for him, I would’ve given his place one star. This is some of the nastiest food I ever tasted. The potatoes were instant and it’s like they fixed them with cold water. They had no flavor. I ordered fish. The fish was an extra large fish stick. I would never recommend it do not get it. The Shrimp is just nothing to talk about They replaced my mashed potatoes with grits. I put everything in those grits to try to get a flavor and a taste. They were just completely nasty. I got a to go breakfast platter to take home and it was way better than the meal I ate in the restaurant, but the pancake was laughable. Kids eat free here on Wednesday I believe between 4 and 8. They have a military discount. If I ever go back to this place, it will be for breakfast items only. The things I did like about this place is that it was very clean and it stays open 24 hours. Beware of what you order off the menu and you might enjoy your visit.

I ordered a Chicken Fajita Omelette and when I received my order, it was not what I was expecting. I’m originally from NY, so I’m accustomed to quality food and quality presentation. When I opened the container, my omelette looked like scrambled eggs with cheese thrown together with a few sprinkles of chicken. I don’t know what type of chicken they use, but again, not what I’m accustomed to. The omelette had no flavor whatsoever and some pieces of the chicken weren’t fully cooked. It seems to me that with the influx of people moving down here, service has gotten bad and the quality of food is also suffering. And although the influx is something to look at, that does not excuse poor quality food. I can honestly say this was my first and last time ordering anything from here.
P.S. Do better. Find people that actually care to cook and maybe increase wages as well.

The hashbrowns had alot of oil/grease. I took a drink after eating a bite and my mouth turned into a film of grease. Im not sure if you can see it in the photo. The pancakes were not Ihop pancakes.
Our waitress was very kind and pleasant. You have another waitress that talk very loud and stands over people’s tables while they are trying to eat. I can tell you all about her kids, their names and where she found their name. Even if she was invited to talk at the table, the whole restaurant should not of heard her.

Terrific vibe and experience at lunch today. Amanda Snow is an amazing server with a great personality. Goes to show that a good working attitude and genuine care still exist. The food was prepared well and was thoroughly enjoyed by me and my quests. Best stop at IHOP I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back during my travels in the area.

Was very disappointed in my experience here. We were eating there about dinner time around 6 pm on Sunday November 23rd and I went to the front near kitchen to ask our waitress Brooke a question and I could hear the cook in the back talking extremely loud about the amount of “female parts” he was getting. I had my 5 year daughter with me and it was very unprofessional and very rude of him. I asked the waitress the cooks name and I believe she said it was CJ. He also was saying the lords name in vain over and over again using a foul mouth around my daughter and around my mother. I could over hear him saying he couldn’t wait to get off work and get high. We spend a lot of money here on the regular and never had a bad experience but you guys should really consider what trash you have working in the kitchen. As we were leaving we heard the same cook catcall another customer as he walked by her to the bathroom and said that she had a “fatty”. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional to hear that so loud and blatantly coming from the cooks mouth for everyone in the restaurant to hear. Our waitress Brooke was very professional and very knowledgeable and fast when it came to helping us with our orders. She was a very sweet young girl and it also seemed as if the cook was making her uncomfortable as well with his behavior. We enjoyed her very much but Until he is gone, we will spend our money elsewhere for the time being. Thanks a lot. .

I am writing to formally report an issue with an order I placed recently.
I am a vegetarian and specifically ordered a veggie omelette. After picking up my food and arriving at work, I began eating it and discovered that it contained bacon. This was extremely upsetting, as I do not eat meat for dietary and personal reasons. Discovering this after already taking a bite caused significant distress and inconvenience.
What has made this situation worse is that I have attempted to contact your business multiple times throughout the day to address this matter. Each time I call, the phone rings and then disconnects, leaving me unable to speak with anyone or resolve the issue.
Food accuracy is very important, especially when customers have dietary restrictions. Serving meat in a vegetarian order is a serious concern and could have more severe consequences for others with allergies or medical restrictions.
I am requesting acknowledgment of this issue, an explanation of how this occurred, and appropriate resolution for the incorrect order and inability to reach your business.
I look forward to your prompt response.

APRIL was our waiter today. She was phenomenal! All of our food was superb and perfect temperature. The lemon ricotta crepes with berries? FANTASTIC! My husband tried Nashville chicken and waffles- yummy! Pork sausage, so smoking delicious. Coffee ranked up there with Cracker Barrel . We also Doordash here alot. It’s always great. Go visit!

The food was okay, our waiter was attentive, there were only about four tables occupied, but everything was extremely dirty and neglected. From the entrance, everything looked filthy, and it wasn’t always like this. They’ve really let the place go downhill. Unfortunately, this will be our last time.

Snow is an excellent server. She went above and beyond to make our visit extraordinary. Also we took a to-go order with us. Shelly did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed to have the ihop experience at home.
