Stopped here for breakfast this morning. We were greeted promptly and seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly. It took awhile for our food to come out. I ordered a Denver omelet with American fries and wheat toast. My food tasted good but my toast was cold and my omelet was warm. My American fries were hot. My husband was happy with his food. Said his was fine.

Hands down THE BEST breakfast I’ve had in all of the Quad Cities! Our server recommended the Mexican Skillet and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The eggs were cooked just right, home fries were crispy, and the whole dish packed so much flavor! The pancakes were good but definitely not the star of the show IMO. Great place! The restaurant is clean and super cute! Staff is wonderful! Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a wonderful breakfast here! The staff was friendly and very attentive, and the food was delicious. The white chocolate raspberry waffles did not disappoint, with the perfect balance of rich sweetness and classic tart flavor. Not pictured, my partner got pancakes with eggs and bacon. The bacon was absolutely perfect, and the pancakes were fluffy. Definitely recommend!

first time there because we heard so much about it! we were excited to try. Place looks amazing and the food once we got it all was good. party of 5 and my dad waffles came almost 10 mins after everyone else’s meals? my poached eggs were not soft poached. Service was off. food good and price was fair.

We’ve been here several times for Sunday morning breakfast. It’s always been great. Today it wasn’t crowded at all. Which was great because usually it’s very noisy. However, the service lacked today. Everyone was kind, polite and professional though. The only offer to refill our coffee came after we had all finished eating. My son in laws food came out several minutes after the other four of us. And it was wrong. We didn’t say anything about it due to not being able to flag a staff member down. The line was super long when I went up to pay and the woman didn’t seem very engaged while running peoples payments.
I hope they were just having an off day. Last time we were here was a few months ago. We come up to visit our daughter and son in law from time to time and this is usually the breakfast spot.

I come here almost every weekend. On sundays no matter what my order is always messed up. Barely get any fries, and do i have to beg to have salsa? I ask for it over the phone and still don’t get it. DO NOT go on sundays, they will mess your food up. Even if you ask before. Very disappointed and will not be my regular breakfast spot anymore. Here’s a picture of my order 3 weeks ago, looks like a whole lot of fries right? Gee thanks guys. Honestly will be going to the QC pancake house, until im re-imbursed for one of my last 4 horrible visits. DONT GO ON SUNDAYS!

We stopped by for a late breakfast and had the Queen’s Benedict which was great. Could have had cooked poached egg a little less but was great anyway. Cinnamon French Toast was good. Kids menu pancakes (not pictured) were just alright. With outside temperatures being so hot Meli’s place felt nice a cool. However, my young grandson thought the restaurant was way too cold and was uncomfortable to finishing eating. We also thought it was on cooler side but to some that may be refreshing coming out from these high 90’s temp. Our server was tentative and great. They have lunch items on their menu as well. Would recommend.

We all liked the food but it took them quite while (40ish minutes) to get our food out, but the place was pretty full. I was very happy with the Midwestern skillet and pancakes. The other two with me had the Southwestern skillet, biscuits and gravy and pancakes. They enjoyed their choices as well.
