Super fast service, really clean store. Got my coffee and a doughnut to start day. Alex and Ms. Kim well all staff amazing. All the doughnuts looked nice one of best stores in franchise can see quality and pride in work.

I came through this morning a little after 9. I placed my order and got to the window. I was greeted with a smile. (I wish I knew the girls name.) She was so sweet and noticed I had my large dog in the back. She complemented how cute he was and we got to speak for few minutes. I let her know he was a senior I adopted and was just trying to give him the best rest of his life. She asked if he had ever had a pup cup and I said to my knowledge, no. She lit up and offered one! There was a car behind me, so I didn’t give it to him in the drive thru, where she could witness his joy. So I thought I would post it here so maybe it would reach her so she could see. Thank you so much for your sweet words and a sweet treat! He LOVED it!

Not a decent breakfast spot. They were “out” of several menu items & the sandwiches we were able to order were cold in the middle. They also didn’t ring up a latte & side item. Just stick to the coffee & donuts here!

We went in this morning to grab a quick breakfast and coffee. The cashier was new and told us so. Tru, an employee that has been there for while, was also up front. Twice the new girl asked her for help and Tru told her both times she would be right there but never came to assist her. Finally, the new girl worked it out on her own, which is not her fault as she is new. When we finally got our order, my drink was done incorrectly. No big deal as I am not one to complain normally, but when I took it back to the counter to ask for it to be fixed, I was told by Tru that I could just grab some sugar packs and fix it myself. I have iced coffee so obviously sugar packets are not going to melt. This came on the heels of Tru throwing a fit with her manager the week before and walking out in the middle of her shift. Tru is a very poor representation of the company. Btw, she never fixed my order I ended up throwing away my 5 dollar coffee in the way out.

We went up there for donuts they did not have donuts They were out of everything It’s the first time I went to dunkin To me the donuts are dry And not too moist I will not be going back. I know a lot of people that like Dunkin’ donuts but it is not for me. Sorry Guys I did not have a better review for you.

Haven’t been to DD in years, but the wife had a hankering for them. Stopped by and picked up a dozen. 6 each Bavarian crème filled a 6 each chocolate cream filled. Key word… FILLED. Out of the dozen, almost all had just a pea sized or two amount of filling. Some had NONE! I can understand if it was just one flavor (worker was running out of filling and just wanted to finish), but both random flavors? That’s bad management, or they just don’t care. Krispy Kreme is just over the bright and I’ll take that extra time now. Photo of chocolate filled… where?
