I’ve driven by this place many times. Today I decided to stop by. My honest review on this location. It’s a small place. They have a display case for their products. They specialize more in roasting. I ordered the beef brisket. Before you order, remember they’re NOT a smoke house. So if you’re expecting smokehouse brisket which is smoked for hours; go somewhere else. The brisket tasted good. It has ginger and little hoisin and seems like oyster sauce along with pepper flakes taste to it it seems like. For the most part it’s not tough. It seems like they normally do chop it down for you so if you’re not a fan of it being chopped down, do let them know ahead. There is no sitting area it’s mainly stand room that would fit 4 adult males decently. While I was in there it was a little hot. The gentleman working, you can clearly see him sweating through his shirt. They do specialize also in roast pig orders.

I’m disappointed….. I REALLY wanted pork belly and what I received was not pork belly. Still tasted ok, but NOT what I paid for. Brisket is totally not brisket; just some random over cooked, tough beef. Sai krok (meatballs) were also a let down. It was like biting into mush; the noodle filling were so over cooked and flavor was lacking. The papaya salad was ok. Banh mi was also okay; at least they used actual pork belly chunks like I ordered for this item. Spent over $70….not worth it. I would like to give them another try, just to see if they would actually give me the real pork belly chunks like they advise. But that voice in the back of my head is telling me don’t waste any more money with this place. I don’t recommend this place. You will get better food at Hmong Village.

Pretty good. I really liked the papaya salad. The brisket had good flavor but it was more tough than I’d like. Pork belly skin was very crispy, however it it wasn’t my favorite. The pepper sauce was tasty. Nice people as well. Very inconsistent hours, as others have stated.

Ordered a roasted pig for an event. It’s a perfectly cooked, crispy and delicious. Service is awesome, on time and reasonable pricing. Well definitely be returning for future event and highly recommended.

Roasted pork and papaya salad was pretty good. Brisket was not like I had before but still tasted okay.

I only ordered the pork belly and roasted duck. Pork belly was really good. The skin was very crispy vs other Hmong places I’ve been to. The roasted duck is not Chinese duck, more simple taste but I very enjoyed it. I will try the brisket next time I’m there.

Owners are very friendly! Called up after hours asking for a large roasted pig for the same night, the owners was willing to come back and roast a large pig for me without a late minute fee like other stores would of have! Was able to pick up the roast pig within 3 hours of the first initial call!

The front lady was very polite. As we came in late during their closing time but my friend made a call ahead of time. The lady was polite enough to let us stay inside as we wait for our pig. Great customer service
