Being Saturday night one would expect it to busy so they ran 10 minutes late on collection, the guy was extremely apologetic and chucked in some free poppadoms.whilst waiting for my order i noticed the kitchen was clean and tidy,as for the food I was not disappointed it was well presented and cooked to perfection still piping hot after a 10 minute car journey home.flavours were amazing and the two of us throughly enjoyed our meals.
Would highly recommend this place and will return again
I came within the last hour of them closing so by the time my food was ready and I got home it was too late to call and complain about finding an unwanted guest in my food, bearing in mind i actually took a bite of my food to look down and see that which actually looks like it has been cooked into the food
I have attempted to resolve this issue twice, the first time I called and spoke with someone who straight away put the blame on me stating I left my food out which was incorrect and not the case at all, I was the ran off the phone and advised to contact and speak with the manager, I then went into the restaurant to attempt to speak with the manager again and the same guy I spoke with on the phone ran me out of the restaurant again fobbing me off stating to speak with the manager tomorrow
All I want is this to be resolved as I actually enjoyed eating from here but will not anymore no1 due to bug in my food but secondly the customer service received by staff at this establishment
Would recommend giving it a go, duck chilli spice and korma are our faves from the menu. Usually very quiet.
The restaurant is clean and cosy, the music was adjusted to our taste when we were the only ones left in the place, the servers were kind and attentive and though our waiter didn’t know much about alcohol, he made a few trips back and fourth to the bar to answer some of the questions we had about the wine.
I feel the only slight downside is the food; it’s not bad AT ALL, but perhaps the price to quality ratio is slightly out. other than the Peshawari naan being the best I’ve ever had, the currys, rice and sides were on the more run-of
-the-mill side.
That said. The amazing service and lovely colleagues have ensured we will venture back there again, they even threw in 2 free slices of cake for the birthday girls (twins) unpromted. We had a brilliant evening.
This was my second time back I initially ate in the restaurant this time was take away.
My food was burnt all of it I had to throw away £16 worth of food. By the time I sat down a realised the shop was closed !! Never again
