So delicious, fresh, hot, delicious, and filling! We tried the spring rolls, MeGumi chicken with noodles, and the MeGumi vegetable plate with noodles – she surprised us with crab pillows to try as an appetizer. Their shrimp sauce is delectable! The prices were very fair and the food was great. They have online ordering for those short lunch hours. Highly recommend!

Megumi Japanese Food Truck is an absolute GEM on Hwy 24 in Anderson! The food is unbelievably fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic taste. Every single bite was perfection — definitely one of the BEST food truck experiences I’ve ever had.

They don’t skimp on the veggies. The taste was great. The sauce that comes with the egg rolls is a bit spicy but that was a plus for me. Glad I gave it a try!

Their food is outstanding and the portions are generous. I’ve tried several of their entrees and their appetizers (their spring rolls…try them). The price point and quality of their food has cemented this stationary food truck as my go to in the future.
