Very delicious treats. We got some treats to go, some sweet cake and cookies, a savory twisted donut very tasty I dipped it in hot ginger tea at home, and some savory lentil filled pockets called samosa so good! Oh and of course this piece of cake was so great, it’s moist and my baby really liked it.

The wait time was very long, even though it was not busy. The food is expensive for the quality.
The service was poor. Staff was slow and not helpful.
I asked for to-go, and they charged extra money, which was not explained.
Overall, this restaurant is overpriced and not worth the money. I do not recommend it.

First time in Denver and we were looking for a comfort diner/food at the end of our long day. We were so pleased with the deliciousness of the dishes and great customer service. Try it for yourself, you will be amazed. Thank you team at Megenagna, one of the best ethiopian cuisine I have enjoyed not only in Denver but across the USA. 🙂

Best veggie combos around. The tibs and coffee are also amazing. My wife and I get food from here all the time. They also have a small grocery store connected to the restaurant. Everything is always super clean and everyone is nice.

This place is awesome! I really like the decor and the food is simply delicious. It’s one of the best Ethiopian restaurants I’ve been visited. We got the veggie combo dish and it was spectacular. I would recommend this for anyone, especially if you’re trying Ethiopian for the first time.

I’ve picked up the veggie combo to-go for several years from here. I was in the area and stopped today. It was not the same. Anyone can have an off day but idk if I’d want to try again. I’m giving a 3 which I think is very generous ( because of the memories).
They are still quit quick with the preparation…appreciated. Portions seem smaller.

Very authentic hole in the wall Ethiopian restaurant. Service was a little slow but nothing my friends and I couldn’t wait on. The food was well worth the wait. Very inviting and cozy environment, not a ton of seating but it what it is. I will be back!

While the only serve vege and beef (so, no doro wot, no lamb dishes), everything is delicious and nicely spiced.
The restaurant is well decorated, and clean. Meat from the market next door, i can only assume is fresh with good turnover.
Owners are friendly, really cannot complain at all and in fact one of the best Ethiopian restaurants in town.
