As I go back in I started to record and seen some worker sitting on a food prep table with his feet on it and I knew then I didn’t want the pizza they offered.. I seen the videos about the transported puzza and thought we would see if they changed or gotten better THEY HAVE ONLY GOTTEN WORSE.. I got on video the guy admitting to give my exact order to his friends as he stuttered for words.. Another man walks in to get his pizza he could pick the whole thing up with one hand solid dried out pizza THIS IS INSANE I got it on video folks and it will be shared.
These folks don’t give a dam about you or food safety.. THE MANAGER, I THINK WAS THE THAT GAVE THE REFUND AND WAS THE ONE SITTING WITH HIS FEET ON THAT FOOD PREP TABLE.. NOT 1 TIME DID I GET A I AM SORRY THIS HAPPENED NOT 1 TIME, DID THE MANAGER ACKNOWLEGE THERE WAS A PROBLEM THIS IS INSANE.. I TOLD HIM ON THE WAY OUT I GOT IT ALL ON VIDEO I SAID HE GAVE THEM PIZZAS AWAY TO HIS FRIENDS I GOT IT ON VIDEO AS HE DIDNT SAY A WORD AS HE KEPT WALKING.. AND COULDNT BE BOTHERED.. GAVE A REFUND SAID HERE WITH A BAD ATTITUDE WALKED OFF ON THE VIDEO AS WELL THIS IS SOME SCREENSHOTS IN THE IMAGES BUT THE VIDEO TELLS ALL.. FROM NOW ON DO BETTER AND TREAT PEOPLE BETTER.. WE PAID FOR A SERVICE DO THAT JOB YOU’RE PAID TO DO..
Today i received a call from little Caesars he said I am the general manager, I tried to call earlier I guess you got the voicemail, never said his name. He asked me what happened, and I told him exactly what I had typed in the contact for little caesars website, and on the survey they sent to me an hour after the incident. He wanted to make it right, as i said i would probably never order from any little caesars in cleveland at all after my incident and the 2 dough incidents. He said im sorry you feel this way, i will write your name down and you can order what you want and it will be on me next time. I said i dont want anything for free, like i said i work in food industry and things like this is what gets businesses shut down and make people sick. He said it will be looked into and see what training needs to be done and which employees need corrective action took against them but I had 2 missed calls and listened to voicemail. His name was Joseph. Well with a quick search of Google his name is Joseph Guess. I looked him up on facebook, Joseph Sentell Guess. Joseph Sentell and its the same guy that gave me the refund that was sitting indian style on the food prep table. So wow just wow, the GENERAL MANAGER was the one SITTING ON FOOD PREP TABLE INDIAN STYLE, SHOES AND ALL ON TABLE. So yeah nothing will be done unless someone higher up sees this or hears about the issue. Remember I saw this in the 15 minutes I was in there trying to figure out what happened to my order and waiting on refund. Wonder what happens when no customers are at the restaurant.
Come on now. Take care of your customers. I can forgive mess ups. But having bad and unhelpful customer service is not.

he yells for a “Joey” well he never came so he yelled for a girl (I think a manager I’ve dealt with her b4 she’s so nice ) she was great sweet didn’t argue or anything said it will be a wait I said that’s fine
I proceed to sit in the lobby and wait the kid proceeds to go back there and talk about me to his employees an was very rude.. I think this needs to be dealt with as I go here all the time an he wanted to be very rude an unprofessional
