Was here yesterday for the first time and it’s fantastic. Had the double smash burger, perfectly crisp and smash sauce is bomb, sweet savory lightly tangy. Also had the loaded fries and also bomb. The staff are nice and explained the menu for us. Area is clean and has fun decorations of their mascot. Looking forward to returning and trying their chicken options.

Service is amazing, and the food goes crazy! I tried the chicken slider, it comes on a brioche bun and the fries are fire too. Cant wait to try the smash burger next time. Everything is made after you order so it’s always fresh.

If I could have left a negative star rating per this review I would have..
Honestly I’ve never went out of my way to write a review on food ever in my double decades living.. to say I’m extremely disappointed in what I was served is honestly an understatement, and would be putting it lightly .. i unfortunately couldn’t take my food back as I grabbed it before I headed way back to Metairie.. now I am more than aware you could say the fact that I didn’t get the chance to eat it fresh off the grill could have been what hindered my experience.. yet after opening my bag that was actually the least of my concerns … my food came out to be right under $60.. $59 and some change..
I do not believe I received $60 worth of food, as the promotions all on their instagram page have actual decent sized burgers, and beautiful thick crispy pickles. My double Patties where probably the size of one single patty that you’d think you were getting for $20.. the drink was great, fries were also great up until I found a hair wedges between two fries.. other than that my pickles were extremely thin.. when I dropped my moms order off to her I assumed she was being dramatic when she texted me and told me that the drink, and fries were good.. but she had “smashed that burger in the trash.” I was originally upset that she had wasted food, but I honestly cannot blame her as I feel violently ripped off.. the customer service was amazing, but I unfortunately do not think I would ever return again in my life … I’ll leave a few photos below of my what seemed to be kids sized “double Patty burger.” My pickles that were literally so thin you could see my finger through them, the wavy piece of what looks like maybe beard hair that smuggled its way into my fries …
My tomato literally covered the circumference of both my Patties .. :(( I also left a few photos of what’s advertised online..
plus $3 and some change for these very depressing beef bacon strips.. I also had a smorgasbord of jalapeños on both burgers that I didn’t ask for… I’m guessing I was also charged for that. Which wouldn’t have been a problem .. had it been THE ONLY PROBLEM.
There’s so many other places you could get a smash burger that would actually be worth your time, money, and emotional well being..
Please excuse any typos .. and save yourself the trouble.. find somewhere else ..

Found Meero’s when the hubby suggested it. Gotta say, this was so good!!! We are a fan of Chubbies but this place is fantastic as well! So glad we went, will definitely be back again. Westbank native so always looking for new good places to eat. Meero’s did not disappoint!! I got the 3 strips with fries spicy and omg the chicken was flavored so well and it was juicy and fresh. I can’t stand chicken that tastes like it’s been under a heat lamp all day and I promise this place is not that way! Definitely made to order and you can tell. Hubby got the loaded spicy fries and he was more than happy as well. If you’re looking for a new chicken place, go try it!! Definitely worth the visit.
