Reviews
We ordered Pad Ka Prow with chicken (Thai spicy) and Pad Thai with chicken (mild), and both dishes were incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The Thai spicy level tasted bold and authentic — the kind of flavor profile I imagine you’d experience in Thailand. I’ve eaten at plenty of Thai restaurants over the years, and this stood out for its balance, depth, and freshness. The heat wasn’t just “spicy” — it was layered with herbs and seasoning in a way that felt genuine and thoughtfully prepared.
The ingredients were clearly fresh, the vegetables had great texture, and everything tasted vibrant and well-balanced.
The white rice deserves its own mention. I actually ate it separately after the meal, and it was some of the best rice I’ve had at a restaurant — perfectly cooked, fluffy, and flavorful. I buy high-quality rice at home, and this was better than what I make myself.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We came during that quiet lull between lunch and dinner, which made it especially enjoyable — calm, comfortable, and unhurried.
Service was excellent. Our server was kind, attentive, and professional. We appreciated hearing Thai spoken in the restaurant — it added to the overall experience and authenticity.
If you go, brush up on a little Thai and be sure to say thank you properly:
Thank you (Thai): ขอบคุณ
Pronunciation: khàawp khun
(If you’re male, say khàawp khun kráp; if female, khàawp khun kâ.)
We left a 20% tip, and honestly, the service and food quality deserved every bit of it.
I’ll definitely be back as soon as possible. The food was fantastic, fresh, and clearly made with care. If you’re looking for high-quality Thai cuisine in Central Texas, this place is absolutely worth visiting.
We got two orders of mild chicken pad Thai, veggie egg rolls, and sweet mango rice. The poked holes in the egg roll box to keep them crispy! Very thoughtful! It did keep em crispy. The mild pad Thai has very very little spice so we will get medium next time. There’s not as much chicken and veggie as I’d like but the flavor is great and the portion otherwise is also awesome.
Thank you Ely for AMAZING services

Great Authentic Thai Cuisine.
We have eaten here several times.
Service is great and staff are friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is clean with a nice size dining area.
We had:
Thai Basil Fried Rice with Chicken
Pad Thai Bath Nut, (has all the meats)
Pad Thai with Chicken Hot
Pad Sweet and Sour with Chicken
Massman Curry with mushrooms and Chicken
And all the food was great, served flavorful and hot.
We ordered there steamed dumplings which were tasty, but not my favorite.
We went with the waiters recommendation of combination Pad Thai from their specialty menu today on March 1 of 2023 (inside top of ordering and it’s not on the menu, it’s made with peanut sauce instead of the usual sweet and sour sauce). Get ready to get lost in the sauce! The noodles were perfectly cooked and generously covered in their house-made peanut sauce. It was topped with a combination of shrimp, pork, chicken, beef, fried scrambled egg, scallions, carrots, and crushed peanuts on the side to add as you please.
Absolutely delicious dish and would stop back in whenever coming through Temple.
