It’s what you expect for a spot that makes 1 item at that price range. They do come back halfway through your main course to give you a smaller second serving of your steak and fries. 3.5/5 would be my actual score if that was an option. Nothing to write home about and you got what you paid for. So many better steak options in the area. Salad was over dressed and had to send it back. A notable mention, the keylime pie was surprisingly good.

They ONLY offer a prix fix menu but the menu in offer is so delicious. They start you with bread, which could be one of the better breads I’ve had in a good while. The salad is also decent, not bad but most certainly the weakest part of the meal. Finally they serve you a steak with fries and gravy (although for our vegetarian friends they offer a substitution of the steak with a grilled mushroom). The steak was perfectly seasoned and you could feel the cracked pepper in there. They do a double serving so when you thought you were done they serve you an additional piece of meat and fries. For a base set price of $33 it is hard not to recommend this place.

Steak was very tender and cooked perfectly. The sauce on the steak is delish. Fries were hot and lightly salted. Just when you think you’re done, they bring out the same amount of steak and fries! We took that home for later!

We have visited this restaurant many times because it is very close to our home. The restaurant offers a fixed menu: a salad is served first, followed by a portion of meat with fries, and after that is finished, a second portion of meat with fries is brought as part of the same menu.
While the first serving of meat is usually flavorful and tender, the second serving that comes as part of the fixed menu is consistently tougher, more sinewy, and noticeably lower in quality. This has happened repeatedly, not just once.
This evening, we also found a bug in the salad. The staff apologized and replaced it, which we appreciated, but it does raise concerns about overall cleanliness.
Additionally, a friend was not allowed to share her portion with her child, which felt unnecessarily rigid given the family-friendly setting.
Finally, when paying the bill, the pen provided had “stolen from Medium Rare” written on it. This felt unprofessional and left a very negative impression.
We have experienced other issues here in the past but chose not to leave a review because of the restaurant’s proximity to our home and because our kids enjoy coming here. However, since we visit regularly, we hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made.

My wife and I came here for steak cravings at brunch, but unfortunately, Medium Rare missed the mark in almost every category. We both ordered the steak frites, and it was a massive disappointment.
The Food
• Temperature: Both of our steaks arrived rare, which we expected, but they were stone cold in the center. It’s impressive to serve a steak that is both undercooked and not even warm.
• Quality: The steak was incredibly thin—honestly, it reminded me of a cheap ALDI store-bought cut.
• The “Secret” Sauce: They talk up this secret sauce, but let’s be real: it’s just standard gravy.
• The Fries: The only thing actually worth eating on the plate.
The Service (or Lack Thereof)
The service was abysmal. After our food was dropped off, our server completely vanished. We sat there for 25 minutes without a single check-in. I finally had to flag down a completely different server just to get any attention. To make matters worse, I paid for the bottomless brunch, but my mimosa was never refilled because no one bothered to come to our table. It’s hard to have a “bottomless” experience when your glass stays dry for half an hour.
The Policy & Atmosphere
We were also surprised to find out that, unlike dinner, brunch does not include double servings of steak frites. For the price and the quality of the meat, that felt like a letdown.
The Verdict
The only redeeming part of the meal was the dessert, and honestly, I think they only brought that out because the frustration was written all over our faces. Save your money and go somewhere else. One star is being generous.

Visited for a birthday brunch and had a great time! Our server, Jasmine, was absolutely amazing and always made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought out a birthday ice cream. Highly recommend!!

One of the attendants at the door lied about not having seats available at the table. We then booked online (a lot of available spots) for them to finally seat us.
The steak was average, the sauce is really tasty, the fries were a bit over cooked, and the salad is fresh.
Very fast service, they give you one free refill of steak and fries, the vibe is like eat quick and leave.
The server was kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu and services.
Good place for a date.
