I was really disappointed with my experience ordering here. I asked for the 3-piece spinach kibbeh served with two sides (priced at $15.99) and wanted one of those sides to be the falafel plate. Instead of explaining politely that it wasn’t allowed, the employee helping me responded in a very rude and dismissive way.
I completely understand that certain items may not be included or may cost extra — that’s not the issue. The problem was the attitude. He spoke to me with no patience or basic courtesy, as if I was an inconvenience for simply asking a question about the menu. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and the way I was treated made me not want to come back.
He appeared unhappy, unprofessional, and frankly like he didn’t want to be there. That kind of energy makes for an uncomfortable experience, especially when you’re just trying to order a meal.
I hope management takes customer service more seriously, because no one should be made to feel disrespected over a simple menu question.

Must try! The quality of food and service does not compare to the other food court options. We ordered the sampler platter with lamb chops and kabobs. Food was delicious, service was great and all at a very reasonable price. Will be back again.

Fabulous fresh food and great service! David is the best! The best chicken wings! Not to mention their burger, salads, sandwiches and gyro! Everything is absolutely delicious and freshly prepared!!!! The wings are moist, crispy and delicious! So inexpensive! Amazing freshly made spanakopita! Better than mine! Great wine and beer selection and prices! $5.00 for a huge glass of wine! Really this restaurant should have a waiting list to get in! Great owner who makes you feel like family! Please try this delicious restaurant when you are at the Wellington Mall!!!!

Came on the first day and loved the food. Fresh, healthy, tasty and good value. Great service too (Emily). We had spicy chicken with Greek salad and beef kebob and fries for the kids. Good hommous too. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I both got food poisoning last night from this food! We’ve had nonstop diarrhea and awful stomach cramps all day.
The chicken was dry, hard, flavorless and we are sure it’s what gave us both food poisoning because I have 4 of the pieces and my husband had 2. It’s the only thing we ate that was the same. Aside from that, the rest of the food was mediocre too. Terrible quality for $15 plus tip!
We will definitely not be returning! I’d rather have Chick Fil A which has never given me problems.

The food was mediocre. The guy at the counter was absurd. We waited over 15 minutes to order while he thoroughly confused an adult father and son in front of us. That’s correct. Waited over 15 minutes to watch a 2 meal order get massacred by the counter guy. When we finally ordered we have a simple order of 2 soups 2 apps and a salad. After ordering the neuro surgeon clerk asked if we could please hurry up and order because he wanted to close. It was 7 pm. Then it took a few more minutes to explain we already ordered. Then we had to reorder again. He charged us $9 each for 2 small soups the sign facing the register said small soup $3 (see photo). We asked why. He smartly said he did not set the prices. By the time we got our food over 45 minutes and he forgot the salad. In the mean time other potential customers walked away. This place and the counter guy was a complete train wreck.
