Fantastic is an understatement. They go above and beyond. I order from them all the time and try out different things. All are great. Sometimes the food and quantity is even better than expected. The prices are very good for the volume. I recently ordered and there was a technical hickup which I don’t think was their fault and they went above and beyond with the order. More than full servings and extra as well. Delicious food and might be my favorite place for healthy and delicious food in town. Thank you Mediterranean Gyro grill!!

We love this little family run place! The food is really good, inexpensive and the owners are always friendly. We eat here at least 2 times a month and the food has never failed to hit the spot. Their Chicken Gyro plates and wraps and the greek fries, are the best!

We used to ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. Wanted to treat ourselves to one of our favorite restaurants and whoa!! It’s HORRENDOUS. The food was completely inedible. Our beef tasted off and was extremely dry and tough. The rice was flavorless and the hummus was such a let down. Due to the strange flavor of the beef we opted not to finish the meal to avoid a possible case of explosive diarrhea . I can’t express how sad we are as the food here used to be superb; but it appears this is the end of an era.

Normally I wouldn’t write a review for picking up an online order because there’s never anything extraordinary about it. However, my pick-up experience at this restaurant had to be the most cold and unfriendly I’ve ever experienced and the restaurant needs to be held to a higher standard. The man behind the counter never greeted me at any point. He saw me walk up but didn’t acknowledge me until I stated I was picking up. He was visibly annoyed when I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn’t understand his pronunciation of my name when confirming my order. Lastly, he didn’t thank me or wish me a good day after handing me my order. (Not that I care for it but it’s pretty customary.) I’m not sure if he chose to work in a restaurant but his demeanor makes him better suited for security or enforcement work.
Other than that, the food quality was decent – pretty standard as far as Greek/Mediterranean goes. On the plus side, the portion size for my gyro sandwich was admittedly good for the price.

We came for dinner around 7pm on a Monday night. There were only two other people dining in when we arrived. We sat down but we were told a few minutes later by a friendly young lady to order at the counter. When we ordered at the counter the cook was mopping the back room but soon was preparing our dinner. We ordered the hummus plate as an appetizer. This was ground garbanzo beans mixed with lemon and salt and some drizzled olive oil. This was served with slices of warm pita bread. It was delicious. However, it was served with dinner and not before as an appetizer. I had the beef shawarma. It was grilled beef slices/pieces with grilled onions and cabbage with Mediterranean seasonings served over a delicious yellow rice with Tahini sauce on top and warm pita bread slices on the side. There was also a small side salad served on the dinner plate. I was disappointed the beef was very tough and I had to spit out many bites. The Sharma dish was also extremely greasy. I’m not sure if it is supposed to be served that way or I was only served this way. I would not order that again. My wife had the chicken Sharma. It was also very greasy but it tasted good. It was so much food and we took leftovers home. Others have told us the food here is very good. I think they were just having an off night. I would go back and try it again.

Shawarma chicken sandwich comes in a greasy fried Tortilla? Good fries and hummus though. Their prices are incorrect on their menus and they were out of soup. If you dine in they will give you to go Styrofoam and treat you as to go. They didnt Offer us a menu (and the QR code provided didn’t work) welcome us or ask us how we liked our food. No fountain drinks , napkins or trashcans. Maybe Ill be back ?

This place reminds me of the greek restaurants found in Detroit. The food is delicious with generous portions. Everything is fresh and flavorful. I will be a regular for the chicken souvlaki alone. Highly recommend!

We have been here a few times …always flavorful and delicious. The cook and staff are friendly and work pretty hard from what I have observed while waiting for our food.
I will say this…..be kind. I’ve seen patrons come in and bark orders to the staff. I also observed a dine in customer ask for her bottle of when to be “unscrewed and set on her table” for her. Please don’t ask the staff to do this …they are preparing food, taking orders, and giving good service.

Food was okay but prices are relatively high for the quality of food. Shawarma sandwich was $12 and the fries were $10. The only thing worth paying a high amount is the Gyro Plate. The rice was delicious and different and the meat was great too.

I was already going to leave a glowing review just based off of the food ALONE!! Seriously my favorite hummus ever from here. Rice slaps. However, there were some diners who seemed to take advantage of the quality service and demanded a remake (after finishing ALL their food) and then asked for a refund lol. Service could not have been more courteous and kind, the whole store (including waiting dashers) rallied behind and for the employee making sure they know how appreciative and what an amazing job he was doing juggling us all. Recommend to anyone who loves Mediterranean cuisine, it never fails to satisfy and accommodate❤️ (the two missing pieces of pita were my mom and i forgetting to take a picture before diving in haha)
