We love eating Lebanese food and we tried Mediterranean Grill for the first time tonight. Carmen was our waitress and she was phenomenal. Vibrant energy, food came out super quick, which is very important for us considering we have a toddler who is on a very limited timeframe for meltdowns lol
The lamb shank was probably the most delicious lamb I’ve ever eaten so I will definitely be coming back just for the lamb, but of course the atmosphere too!

Oh, my goodness. This Lebanese family restaurant exceeded our expectations. The renovations are beautiful, but the food… oh, so delicious. The Beef Shish Kebab was so tender that I was able to cut the meat medallions with a butter knife. The Beef Filet Tosada on Foccacia was solid. The homemade sweet rolls were delightful. The Baba Ghanouj and Hummus were perfectly blended. And, finally, the Baklava, with it’s gorgeous layers, paired beautifully with Turkish coffee.
Nicole, our server was amazing. It felt like she knew every customer in the restaurant. She was warm and welcoming.
**update** we returned, and it was still as delicious as we remembered. Barbie was our server. She was fast, efficient, and kind.
Tonight was busy. We were asked if we had a reservation. We did not; however, they were able to still seat us.

Walking in to the beautiful dining room we got a very welcoming vibe. Everyone that walked by treated us like we were old friends (our first time there). The menu was extensive with an appealing variety. The food was wonderful and portions were quite large. The sweet rolls were a delicious treat. I’m so happy we found this gem of a restaurant. Sorry that it took so long.

What Wichita needs and this hidden gem is here!! Authentic food, personable service, feastable portions and sensible prices. Everything is top notch from the clean interior to the friendly staff (Barbi is knowledgeable and accommodating) and having the owner take an active role in supporting the team is refreshing. The food is so delicious, even my 12 year old tried salad and gave the resounding seal of approval (she’s the pickiest eater I know). Can’t rave enough, and the only thing I’m mad about is that I’ve been here nearly 2 years and just now found Mediterranean Grill.

Low-key spot with seriously solid food. The gyro was packed, the meat juicy, and the garlic sauce was borderline addictive. Nothing fancy about the room, but service is fast and the flavors do the work. Great place when you want something filling without overthinking it.

The service stands out and has to be mentioned first. When you walk in the door, your day will be brightened by the big smile of the young lady that will show you to your table. You can tell the wait staff here truly have their hearts into their work and really want to provide great service. They are attentive, fast and friendly! Our great server was Nicole!
This is our second visit in the past 4 years. We had to go to the Costco on the west end of Wichita and the Mediterranean Grill is just a few blocks west, north of Kellogg. Kellogg is under construction right now, so you have to stay on the frontage road to work your way back to the Town East Mall Drive, where the restaurant is located.
The food is very good. We started with the Shawarma. Thinly sliced chunks of beef, sautéed with tomatoes and onions topped with tahini sauce and served with pita bread. Great spices and flavor! Nice Start!
We had the Fattoush Salad with chicken and Kafta Kebab. A great Mediterranean food dining experience!

This little gem is the best gem I have found in the last couple years. The front of house was well taken care of and took care of each customer very well. The kitchen side passed every taste you are looking for. We tried 3 of the apps and 3 of the entrees. All very fresh and all very good.
