We love Freddy’s and found this location to be super clean and friendly service and well as a great location. We stopped in for a quick bite while we sites as walk ins for a close by appointment. Prices are fair and we like the no tip on the register popping up. We tip after we get our food and service at places so it was nice not to see this pop up before food or service. Delicious frozen custard this time and we love the cheese curds. Kid friendly and handicap accessible. Highly recommend.

Tonight was our first time visiting Freddy’s Frozen Custard, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by multiple energetic and friendly employees who immediately made us feel welcome. The team did an amazing job taking care of both drive-through and in-shop customers seamlessly.
The manager, Taylor, personally took our order and was incredibly kind and patient, especially since it was our first visit. He took the time to explain the menu and gave great recommendations, which we really appreciated. He went above and beyond by making sure we had all the condiments we needed and even stopped by later to clear our tray and take it to the trash.
The level of customer service and genuine care shown by Taylor and his team truly stood out. This experience alone will absolutely have us coming back. Outstanding service all around—keep up the amazing work!

The burger’s flavor is amazing! It tastes like a home made burger but the burgers are small. The fries are good but too much salty. Chicken fingers are ok. The place still nice and clean. The staff is great! Next time I will ask for no salt on my fries.

This is probably tmi, but some will get it. Freddy’s does not have a location near me but this location is right by my oncologists office. The menu sounded great, so we decided to stop in after my last infusion.
There staff was very friendly and offered to help with the menu. Service was fast and accurate. The concrete was devoured on the drive home, but the food has to wait. Even after an hour plus drive the burgers, fries and cheese curd were great.
We will definitely be back

Let me start by saying for the price you pay the food itself is worth it, however that doesn’t take away from the flaws of the restaurant. I’ve came in here on multiple occasions and everytime I come in. The trash in the lobby and bathroom is always overflowing. That’s a major issue especially knowing that Freddy’s Burgers has more than enough workers on the clock at once to take care of the trash. Stop shoving everyone in the kitchen and dedicate at least one individual to stay on janitorial duty for the shift.

Their patty melt is so fresh and good! If I decide to have some fast food , Freddy’s is my choice. Excellent fries and tasteful burgers too !
Old school style fast food. Their frozen custard is THE BEST ! Very friendly staff, the prices are reasonable. The food was flavorful and worth the price. The staff was excellent and very welcoming . The food is always hot and fresh. Love it! Highly recommend !!! Definitely will be back!!!

I’ve had Freddy’s before other states and I’ll go for the custard nothing else but download the app to get the free hamburger which was OK. Not a big fan of the two flat patties just dry fatty flavored to sort of bland overall however the custard is always pretty good, nice thick, rich, vanilla custard with fudge and strawberries. I’d go back just for the custard only.
