Me & My Girl’s Soul Food was such a beautiful experience. When I arrived I knew it was where I needed to be. There were so many customers that I was excited to see what was the hype about. I ordered the fried catfish and it was out of this world amazing! The fish fry was well seasoned and the fries were absolutely delicious. The fish was tender, juicy, fresh, and every bite had love in it. Mrs. Katrina is the owner of the business, and she has been operating this location for over 4 years. Thank you Mrs. Katrina for the lovely experience tonight and I’m grateful for the amazing meal!

How in the world do you only have anything less than 5 stars! Everything was hitting! That max & cheese, my God! The cat fish didn’t taste fishy or rubbery, it was so delicious! I ordered two turkey chop entrees with mac and yams. As well as a 6pcs whole wing entree with green beans and fries. $69 worth of food and all of the sides were disgusting including the cornbread they give you. Oh and the kool-aid is overly sweet.
The cornbread was dry and hard. The fries were wet and salty. The yams were dry and the mac was tasteless. It seemed as if they boiled the noodles for the mac, slapped some cream cheese on it mixed it up, and added a sprinkle of shredded cheese microwaved it then garnished it with parsley.
Let’s not forget the cashier made a remark stating she couldn’t eat her food because people kept coming in the establishment. I don’t see what the hype is about and quite frankly mad I wasted my money.

Ordered the Wings with red beans and rice and mac and chz and catfish with yams and Mac and cheese…food was great. Ordered on uber eats and it was still crisp and delicious when it got here! Oh cornbread too! It was great! Will definitely be back! Not my first time here…but food was so good I had to make sure to leave that 5 star review!

Me and my girls is usually nine out of 10 times really good I DoorDash there a lot like a lot. I love the mac & cheese and I love the greens. My Nana loves the green beans they come with potatoes in them. Whoever is in the kitchen on Tuesdays November 11, 2025 please don’t ever ever ever take over again, These are not the same greens that I ate the other day just saying I love you guys, but ughhhhhh don’t mess with the greens !

First time trying food here, read the reviews first and they weren’t very good but I decided to give them a chance anyway and I’m glad I did.. I got the short ribs (which we’re huge) Mac and cheese (needed a smidgen more seasoning) greens (great not canned at all) and yams (not a Lot of juice perfectly seasoned ).
Personally I give them a 8/10. Will definitely order again oh n I ordered from Doordarsh 1 hour b4 they closed and the food was still on point.

When I tell you this fool was exquisite. It is an understatement. I had the short rib sandwich with gravy when I say tenderoni I mean falling off the bone. Everything was piping hot and I got it on doordash. Everything was season to perfection, not overcooked not burnt, not salty just great dining. I appreciate the experience. I definitely will be dining in again or delivery. Either way you guys have my vote. If you order before 5:00 you get 30% off on doordash. Check it out. You guys

Heard great things about this place. However my Mac and cheese was dry and taste like noodles and cheese, pork chops where thin and dry, yams taste like can and dressing was definitely boxed with some veggies thrown in it and, over salted.
