First visit. The atmosphere is electric and fun! It’s certainly eye candy. The service was prompt and pleasant. The tacos were good, I just wish I could have mixed them up instead of all 3 being the same. The beans were nicely flavored. I would visit again.

I had such a wonderful experience at Me Encanta! The environment is very nice, lively but not too loud, making it perfect to enjoy good food and conversation. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our server was absolutely fantastic, funny, sweet, and very attentive. I wish I remembered her name so she could get credit because she truly made our visit memorable.
Our orders came out super fast, and everything was spot on. I had the steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection. They even brought out melted butter to go with it, and it was the perfect finishing touch, like icing on the cake! My friends and I left very satisfied, and we’re already talking about coming back.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We enjoy going to Me Encanta with friends. It’s got a fun & lively atmosphere. The food is pretty good. It could have use a bit more seasoning. It’s a bit pricey for Mexican food but the place is usually busy.

This was a last minute decision since the restaurant we had originally chosen was already closed.
Our party were of two adults and two under two. We sat outside and didn’t have to wait at all (although for indoor seating there was a 20-30min wait).
We ordered the guacamole appetizer, the carne assada plate, the shrimp ceviche, and the Alambre plates. The food came out in about 10-15min which was surprising since they were busy.
Everything was very tasty and very good portions. The only less-than items were the rice and beans that did not taste fresh.
Note that the indoor area has an almost club like feel. The music is pretty loud so it is not ideal for conversations. Outdoor was great. They had the music playing outside too but it was at a pleasant volume.

First off, the food was amazingly good!! Unfortunately the service was not so great. The wait wasn’t too bad for a Friday night..about 30mins. Once inside it was quite crowded and a bit loud with all the people/talking and the music..but tolerable. When sat fresh/warm chips and salsa was put on the table, but it took forever for the server to just take the drink order. Then i had to ask to place the appetizer(s). The appetizer(s) were brought out promptly and fresh. But then again, it took forever for the server to come back to the table for the orders. Once the orders were put in the food came out fresh, hot, in a timely manner and yummy. Unfortunately, it took the server over 30mins to come by at thick time I had to ‘yell’ for their attention to let them know I was ready to go. The server just took off and didn’t ask if I wanted anything to go or needed a box, which I needed multiple boxes and cups. So, in the end the food was amazing but the service provided by the server for my table was HORRIBLE. I did ask the manager what might have been the issue or problem, I was advised the server had ‘a lot’ of outside tables for service. That was a bit unacceptable but it was what it was. I might go back for the food but not the service.

Me Encanta Modern Mexican Cuisine is a gem in Columbus! The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed—perfect for a night out or a casual meal. The service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The shrimp tostadas were a standout—served on three perfectly smashed plantains with just the right amount of spice. Fresh, flavorful, and unique! The birria quesadillas were rich, cheesy, and deliciously crispy, with a savory consommé that tied everything together. The menu is impressively vast, offering something for everyone, and the dessert options are just as delicious—we were tempted by more than one! We’ll definitely be back!

my experience at this restaurant was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share it. From the moment we walked in, the service was unwelcoming. The host barely acknowledged us, and the server acted as if taking our order was a burden. There was no greeting, no smile, and absolutely no effort to make us feel comfortable. When we asked a few simple questions about the menu, the server responded with short, dismissive answers and seemed impatient the entire time.
Unfortunately, the food did not make up for the poor service. Everything we ordered came out either cold or overcooked. The presentation was sloppy, and the flavors were bland. My entrée tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long, and the vegetables were soggy and flavorless. Even the bread, which should be simple and fresh, was dry and hard. When I politely mentioned that my meal wasn’t warm, the server rolled their eyes and took it away without saying a word. It was brought back several minutes later, still not properly reheated.
To make matters worse, no one checked on our table after that. We had to flag someone down just to get refills and our check. For the price we paid, the entire experience was unacceptable. It felt like the staff didn’t care about their customers at all.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Between the rude service, poor food quality, and complete lack of professionalism, I will definitely not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good food and basic courtesy.
