I am so sick of spending $10+ per entree and receiving just a ridiculously small amount in my portions. I received just ONE piece of bell pepper for my fajita veggies and a few pieces of lettuce. My son received TWO pieces of chicken in his bowl. Chipotle has become a joke. I had this delivered and am unable to go and demand a remake. NEVER again.

Husband and I have tried this Chipotle location many times in the last year hoping that it would improve, however it seems to have gotten worse. No one there seems to know how to roll a burrito, the proteins have been cold to the touch, and yesterday I received a moldy orange with a kids meal. The mold was definitely the last straw and we won’t be coming back again.

I haven’t eaten at chipotle in years and went to the one off of Frank Lloyd Wright and Thompson Peak. I got a Barbacoa beef burrito. That was amazing. The amount of meat in it made me want to start eating here again. I just ate at the one off of Carefree Highway and boy was it different. I didn’t even finish it because it was like eating a rice and bean burrito. Less than half the amount of meat as the one I got at the other chipotle. I thought I was going to start coming to Chipotle again but I probably won’t because I don’t want to pay $12 for a rice and bean burrito.

Update- moved to 1 star since i keep getting chips that say large but its barely filled up. The steak in my food was at least 60% fat and grisle. This location is a joke.
Waited at least 5 minutes for help when there were like 6 employees just ignoring me. Doing other things, i guess that were more important than the customer. The chips have been stale and bad the last couple times I’ve been to this location. The “large” chips are definitely not a large anymore. Not to mention the prices keep going up. Disappointing. Update: getting real tired of the stank attitude the employees here have.

I was greeted with a smile, the food prep surfaces were very clean, everything was in stock, and the tables were clean too.
I don’t often go to Chipotle, but this location deserves electronic tipping in addition to their cash tip jar. The entire work crew was jiving together and they all seemed to be in a good mood too.
It was 12:30pm when I arrived and there was no wait at all. They’re handling the rush and staying caught up with everything else too!
Excellent crew on hand here today!

Only weird thing, I’m assuming the floor manager, a young woman, who was being visited by her boyfriend. Decided to critique our food prep guy for too much guacamole on my bowl in front of me. I felt like I was stealing. I felt like she might scoop some off… she didn’t, phew. As a manager myself I feel all words should be chosen carefully when customers are present.

This is probably the worst location I’ve been too. Super cheap on the portions and at my most recent visit, they forgot my chips. I should’ve double checked my order but this one time I didn’t. Tables are also always dirty inside and the staff are not friendly.

The girl at the serving line didn’t say a word. No hello, hi, what would you like, nothing. Burrito bowl with beans and chicken was runny, food cold. And after paying she walked away without providing our cups for the drinks we bought. Had to chase down a busboy. Snap out of it manager if you expect return customers

So many times over the last six months the food has been horrible and not to the standards of any other chipotle I’ve ever been to. Clearly the staff and the management no longer care about quality of food. It was good in the beginning but now it’s horrible and I’ve given it so many tries. Done now. Stay away from this location. They don’t care. Burnt tortillas, missing parts, sauces not right with random stuff mixed in with sour cream. Just beyond bad.
