This restaurant offers an exceptional Arabic dining experience. Every dish was rich in flavor and clearly prepared with care. The portions were very generous, making it perfect for sharing with family. The grilled meats were especially impressive—remarkably soft, moist, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and family-oriented, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely return.

Visited on a Friday evening, we were seated right away. Our waiter Mohammed K was very nice and helpful. We had the Smoked Beef Ribs with Rice, Mix Grill with rice, Small Kunafah & Turkish Coffee. Mohammed explained each dish and gave us tips on what to order next time we visit. Each meet was tender and flavored with spices, the spices did not overcome the meat. The desert was sweet and delicious especially with the coffee which toned the sweetness down. When we were leaving it started to get busy. I will visit again to try something different.

Large restaurant with plenty of seating for Large or mid sized groups.
The steak and chicken are delicious and both cooked very tender with great flavors.
Nice clean restaurant, but it is very loud, so not recommend for romantic or date night.
Service was good.

The food here is excellent, definitely flavorful with perfectly cooked, tender meat. The ambiance is equally pleasant. My only advice is to book a table in advance, especially on holidays. We waited over an hour on New Year’s Day after calling ahead to check their hours. I wish a reservation had been suggested then, but the meal was worth the wait regardless!

We had a great experience dining there. The food is authentic Jordanian as I had traveled through that country before and ate local food. Our server Nooraldeen was amazing! He was very attentive and always come by to check on us and make sure we are doing ok and help with almost everything. 100% recommend!

We had the Kibbeh, hummus plate, lamb shank, mansaf roll and kofta dish and everything tasted great! Definitely will come back again!

I’ve been here previously but entirely forgot to leave a review, so this is my honest opinion. Visit began with a hourlong wait which although I didn’t want to wait around, the place was packed and there were plenty of little background processes you could watch like the interesting kunafah heater or the coffee bar. I will say the wait can be skipped by having a reservation, but I’m not sure if they have reservations open right now. Following our wait, we were guided to our tables and our waiter Osaid was very nice (If you find this Osaid, tysm) and helped us order. We had to wait a tiny bit more since the place was absolutely PACKED. We started off with hummus and baba ghanouj with some really good bread and the little grape leaves with rice in them and that was followed by a panini made with (presumably) pita. After this we had some fries and the main which was a grilled chicken in our case and some brisket. They were very accommodating when we said we wanted rice since the brisket came as only a sandwich, and once again, Osaid helped us out. Overall, I was aiming for the ribs or the neck but clearly since it was a weekend, almost all the smoked items were not available but overlooking that, the meat was tender and very nice and the rice for all the dishes was also very nice. Overall, this place has some very good food and a very nice ambiance with the decor and Palestinian hints like the olive trees inside (although fake, ya can’t have a real tree now can ya?) and the little cubby near the entry with all the cool bits of decor. They was also a man offering qahwah and just overall the feel and food in this restaurant is oddly surreal. The only thing is with the popularity comes a lot of people which leads to long wait times but the end result is quite worth it. To the people at M’dakhan, yall are killing it out here and I hope you keep at it. 8.5/10, Definitely would visit again. My only hope is the wait times go down because it is just a tad bit too much to wait for 2 hours for the sake of the the food regardless of how good it is and there is mention as to what items are even available particularly in the smoked section.

They take no reservations. First come first serve and yet constantly slammed, especially on the weekends. Annoying? Yes. Justified? Unfortunately, also yes.

We shared their mix grill and hot & spicy filet mignon clay pot. The mix grill came with a small plate of hummus and baba ghanuj accompanied by their housemade flatbread. There was not a single miss across the table. The bread was fresh out of the oven: warm, satisfyingly chewy, soft and fluffy in some spots with crispy and toasty air pockets. Both the hummus and baba ghanuj were incredibly creamy and delicious. If I’m being critical, hummus was a bit too acidic and baba ghanuj needed a pinch of salt. Still, they’re easily among the best I’ve had in the city. The kabobs were all juicy, tender, flavorful, and char-grilled to smoky perfection. The hot & spicy filet mignon clay pot was so incredible: super tender meat, soft onions and bell peppers, all simmering in a hearty, spicy tomato sauce. We were stuffed but after barely any convincing from the waitress, we had to order the kunafa to go. She said it was just as good cold and honestly, how can anyone say no?

You’ll wait, you’ll complain, and you’ll absolutely come back.

The mixed grilled platter was outstanding…and loved the flavored side of rice. Should offer option if guest want all that way or the normal half & half option.

The smoked wings had no smoky flavor but otherwise good; the mensaf app wasn’t great…we didn’t eat, and the server informed the mgr. Mgr came over, and took 50% off the mensaf – better than nothing but should have been removed, since it was returned

Service was outstanding- not only our server, but nearby servers all helping & smiling…loved it

Atmosphere ok…lights too bright for dinner service, on occasion became too noisy

Mint Laban yogurt drink $8 bucks for 12oz drink is too pricy, as is the surcharge for sparklers for celebration. Should feel honored that people come to your establishment to celebrate special occasion ls – don’t take advantage and nickel & dime us. We paid over $300 for our meal – absolutely no problem, but these misc charges didn’t sit well with me

A wonderful experience!
The food was nothing short of AMAZING! The service was top tier. (like our server Muna) The ambiance/atmosphere was so accommodating. Very relaxed and comfortable. The “vibe” was active and comfortable. Nearly EVERY table or booth had whole families enjoying the fabulous food and each other. A very alive vibrant place, a FAMILY place. It is not just a restaurant that has GREAT food but the energy is invigorating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not regret it. Seriously.

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and finally decided to leave a review. They offer a great variety of smoked meats, and the food has always been delicious. Last time, I went for breakfast, and it was really good! The customer service is amazing, and the restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The falafel was a bit spicy — I don’t mind spice, but I think it would be better if it wasn’t spicy at all. The Fatteh was excellent — flavorful without being overwhelming with tahini — and the hummus was creamy and smooth.
