Recommended by my son, this was Delicious! I had never had a Michigan before, basically a Chili Dog with Onions and Mustard, but very good. Also the Cheesy Gravy Fries (Poutine) were good! Fries serving could have been bigger but overall a good experience! $16 for 2 Chili dogs, Fries and a bottle Soda…Eh? A little pricey for what you get but not terrible.

Stopped by for lunch passing through. It was highly recommended by locals and it was a great choice! The food was American styled with great flavor! Moira & staff were super friendly and outgoing. Will definitely be back!
There was a big sign on the door but our hunger pushed us pass: Cash only (ATM on site if needed) definitely worth it!

Katie our server failed to let us know that if you want a refill, you have to pay an extra 3.45. You should let people know if there’s a double charge

We always go to get Michigan’s when we’re back in the area. Their homemade French fries are great. Service is always good too.

This was a great spot to get a tasty lunch! The service was great. You can either pull up and park to wait for your lunch or go inside. We sat inside and had Michigan’s buried, hamburgers, and fresh French fries. Everything was delicious! This is a great place to stop!

Nice little quick eats restaurant. We ordered a vanilla shake, bacon cheese burgers, cheese fries and a hotdog. Food was brought out only minutes later! Everything was delicious.

Stopped in to grab a couple of Michigans as part of the town of Plattsburgh “Michigan Passport” promotion. Usually I grab a bacon burger and poutine but it was a nice change of pace to grab some quality Michigans. As always they do cara8de orders and it wasn’t too long of a wait even though it was technically lunchtime!

5 stars shouldn’t be handed out for giggles. That said, this location of the area’s McSweeney’s Red Hots chain is the best (IMHO). For years the staff has ran around bussing tables, serving patrons, and car hopping (in terrible weather at times). Service
Is always fast and the employee move 3-4 times faster than staff at any other business in the area code. Food is exactly what you would expect and deserve (and you can even get a pint of their signature sauce for the road). Bathrooms are refreshed this year and as clean as the rest of the location.
Pro tip: don’t come right at lunch and get mad that service is a little slower (but still faster than most). Bring cash, this place doesn’t line the corporate pockets of Visa and MC. Also, try the milkshake. If you’re feeling froggy, ask for it extra thick. If you don’t like what you eat or the service, I’ll treat you to a visit to give them a second try. Cheers!

We came here based on the reviews. We are from Texas and were curious what a Michigan hot dog was. Oh. My. Goodness. I think I will be dreaming about them for a while. We ordered homemade French fries that were also delicious. One in our party had the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was also amazing. So glad we tried it!!

The North Country classic regional food right here folks….The Michigan! A steamed hot dog in a closed end bun with a sweet, tangy, flavor packed meat sauce in top closed off with diced onions and a line of classic yellow mustard. Add in an order of fresh cut fries topped with white vinegar and some Frank’s red hot and you’re in for a regional mountain treat!
