11/4/2025 @ 9pm My boyfriend and I stopped in to grab a bite while we were passing through about an hour and a half from home. We hadn’t had DQ in many many years and said let’s give it a shot and see if it’s still as good as we remember. We pull up and place our order, pay and get our drinks and was kindly asked to pull forward and they would bring the food out as soon as it was ready. Okay, no problem. About 20-25 minutes go by and someone comes out and says they gave our orders accidentally to someone else and we’d have to wait awhile longer unless we wanted a refund. Now that it’s 930 and still really hungry, we say we’ll wait. We continue to wait another 20 minutes and at this point we’re both frustrated but relieved our food showed up so we can hit the road and get headed home. We do just that and dig in to find that the fries are cold, my burger is wrong completely and the cheese curds weren’t fresh at all. Chicken tenders were the only thing relatively fresh. Such a bummer and wasn’t even gonna write this but waiting there so long Google asked me how was my experience and decided to share so others know. Won’t be visiting another DQ anytime soon again, so disappointing.

Dairy Queen has really gone downhill. They don’t even serve ice cream anymore, the soft serve is ice milk. We ordered 3 milk shakes at the drive through. We paid, then 5 minutes later they tell us they’re out of ingredients for one of the shakes. So it took 10 minutes to get 2 shakes that we ordered and one substitution, all of which were mediocre at best. They should have just packed it up 20 years ago when they were still decent.

Always a great spot for ice cream but not the greatest location. I wouldn’t feel as comfortable I wouldn’t feel as comfortable here at night but, during the daytime it’s fine.

Slop burger, only 1 car ahead of me and still took 5 min to order once ordered no rush on food. Was not impressed with this burger. Fries are fresh an good. Change menu!! If you don’t offer Dr. Pepper remove it i don’t care for PIBB

I ordered a banana split blizzard with extra banana and whipped topping. The blizzard was watery and the person knew it because she didn’t flip it like she did the person before me. It didn’t have extra bananas and the whipped topping was very small. I literally drank my blizzard . And got cheated on the extra I ordered.

Recently went to the Monroe, NC location for the first time and wasn’t satisfied . I’ve had dozens of dip cones before but nothing that looked like this. Nothing like the illustration. The server who made the cone acted like she was “lost”; didn’t put the appropriate amount of ice cream in the cone and didn’t stir the cherry mix before dipping. Personnel at that location need remedial training on making dip cones.

Our cashier seemed reluctant to take our order. Came over with an attitude. When he made my small sundae, I heard him give the caramel pump fast hard pumps, like it was out? Then this is what I got. In the past, the small cup was almost to the rim and the caramel was plentiful. He just stuck it up there and walked off. He did “announce” it. But seriously?
