We visit this McDonald’s often and I really want to recognize Coral & Lizzet, they are AMAZING every single time we come in! They are both always friendly, welcoming, and make sure our experience is great. Our food is consistently accurate when they’re there, and their customer service truly stands out.
Recently, however, I had an interaction with Maria that was unfortunately very different. She was quite rude, made a few unnecessary comments, and my order ended up being incomplete, which was disappointing. People like Maria shouldn’t be front of line taking care of customers.
Also, on a few occasions, sauces have been missed in our to-go bags. It’s a small thing, but it definitely sucks realizing it only after getting home.
Overall, we keep coming back because the service is usually great, especially thanks to Coral & Lizzet. We hope consistency can improve across all staff moving forward.

The indoor dining experience at this location is excellent! The inside of the restaurant is relatively clean as well. The workers are lovely as well! Overall, one of the better we’ve been to.

I had a code for 20 nuggets and 2 med fries. Code was 90 05. The worker told me to pull up to number 1 for drive thru area to wait. Waited over 20 mins until I finally decided to go inside just to have the manager tell me we didn’t pay. Why else would I be waiting there for over 20 mins? Could’ve handled the situation better. Y’all act like y’all can’t look at your cameras OR have me pull up my app to confirm. Happened between 4:30-5 pm. Everyone else got their stuff before us while the worker who was doing handing out orders ignored us- ever after we told him what we got. Some slow heads here that clearly don’t know how to use their brain. JANUARY 11, 2026.

My family frequents this McDonald’s regularly. Staff is very friendly, but since the new owners took over, the orders are frequently incorrect (at least 50% of the time, something is wrong). I assume that it’s growing pains, but I wish they would get it together. I very much dislike the recording at the drive through where it asks you if you are using the app and if not, to place your order. The first time I heard it, I actually placed my order, only to realize it was a recording and no one was listening! I had to repeat my entire order. I have learned to just wait for a human. I see no real use for the recording when you have to wait for a server.
On the plus side, the all day breakfast is a huge hit with the family.

Food took forever to come out very slow staff took over 20 minutes to bring out an ice cream that I had to go up and ask about or else I would have never have gotten it. Assistant manager Maria was so rude very unprofessional and had an attitude towards me and my friends. Also I ordered cookies and they were served hard and cold and I know that they are supposed to be served warm and soft.

Had to wait for food which normally I don’t mind, but when we received the food, the only thing that was fresh was the fries and the soft drinks. The cheeseburgers were cold and were wrong. Requested only no pickles and they took EVERYTHING off of them. The chicken nuggets I received seemed to have been cooked yesterday as they were cold and stale.
I want to say it was because I ordered through the app, but regardless, the food should have been better prepared, especially if I was made to wait for it regardless.
Overall, quite disappointed with tonight’s results.

They Don’t listen. Too many times I’ll ask for no pickles and end up with EXTRA. Food is ALWAYS cold especially the burger patties and cheese. They simply dont care about you as a customer here. They literally will sale or anything. At one point ine of the short Hispanic managers (lady) added sugar to my sweet tea and shook around after telling her it watered down. Like seriously change the freaking bag and give me what i paid for NOT SUGAR WATER! Most of the girls have attitudes but the guys usually are pleasant. I really hope they get there act together because they are the worst mcdonald’s in the area. Im literally traveling further away from home to go to other locations at this point

Had the worst pleasure to deal with Maria the shift manager today. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, she didn’t acknowledge the code presented and made her own conditions. If you are going to make people like Maria shift manager, at least train them on how to read the mail in offers you the owners send out. I am disappointed with Maria and with this franchise.
