As with any new place it has to find its groove, mainly getting dependable employees that will work, those that do show up are very helpful and friendly
I like the smaller setup, with the way of technology I’ve been able to bring my grandkids and have their full attention in conversation without being so distracted

Worse place to eat been their twice both times the same waited 30 mins or more for a big Mac and 20pc Chicken Nuggets well big Mac had only 1 meat on it and only gave me 14 nuggets!! Second time was just horrible will not be going back

I’ve stopped here a few times on the way to work since this place opened 2months ago and after today I will not be returning! Customer service sucks, workers are there playing instead of getting orders out in a timely and correct manner.

Very grateful to have a McDonald’s on this side of town. They are brand new and working the kinks out. The staff seem to be working hard and striving for great customer care. Food was great.

Wasn’t a good experience we was there waiting like everyone else was for 2 hours and they only picked certain people to get the free food for a year;wasn’t right at all and don’t recommend this New McDonalds will be going to the other one for now on and Dothan!

The atmosphere on entering the establishment was atrocious and the staff seemed very apathetic. Employees were taking breaks at the tables so we couldn’t sit down anywhere. You can’t self serve refills or condiments so when I asked for Ketchup it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. I will never visit this place again.

Every time I go there at night there is always the same guy who is running a round doing everyone’s job while the managers just sit there and do nothing but yell at their employees for doing what they are doing which I think is hypocritical if you don’t want them doing it then don’t do it yourself… and definitely don’t expect one employee to do your job when you are getting paid to do it while he is not that’s is definitely one way to burn out your employees…. Also why have managers that get stressed out so easy and the employees have to take over their positions plus the one they were already doing… I’ve also seen managers cuss at customers and just be out right rude it really is unacceptable especially since yall just opened up not a great way to start out the business who ever is in charge of the schedule and hiring people really need to evaluate the staff and make some changes because why is that every time I go there are nothing but children and maybe one or two adults working like it really doesn’t make any sense

They just opened so they’re still getting up to speed. The burger was great but they gave me a medium vanilla iced coffee instead of a large. And they originally forgot to add the vanilla.
Update: Curbside order. Went into the restaurant to get order. No one was at the counter. The manager finally gave me my food. Part of it was wrong when I got home.
