Waited for my order for 20 minutes at mobile order curbside if I didn’t talk to the guy who brings orders to the cars I would never got it. If there was button to cancel order because of long wait i would have done it.

Avoid this ridiculous location!
Went into this HORRIBLE McDonald’s today, and ordered two simple meals. A chicken sandwich meal, and a double cheeseburger meal. It literally couldn’t get any easier than that. We sat there and watched as drive thru orders, Uber Eats orders, and people that came in almost 25 minutes AFTER we did all got served. At about the 15 minute mark, I kindly asked the girl at the counter if they had forgotten my order. She smiled politely and said, “Oh, we didn’t forget you. We are still working on it.” Still working on what??? I went and sat down, all the while watching as drive thru orders, Uber Eats orders, and people that came in long after us were once again being served their orders. At the 28 minute mark, they finally brought out our food. I politely asked, “Can you please tell me what on earth took almost 30 MINUTES on this simple order?” She said, and I am still unsure what the hell it even meant, “Well, we ran out of chicken, so we finally got them. Then we ran out of fries, so we had to cook those too. I am really sorry.” I was sure I was on some kind of hidden camera show with that unbelievably incoherent and idiotic explanation. My mind was absolutely blown by that response. I am still confused as to what happened. All I can say is, don’t ever go to this location if you care about any service whatsoever. Just unbelievable, even for McDonald’s.

Terrible new owners, gone a few times and took forever to have my order taken. Paid and had to pull forward or park in a spot every time to wait 15+ minutes for a single meal. It’s fast food but not seemingly very fast at this location. Fries were soggy and raw the first time after waiting 20+ minutes after they basically forgot about my order, the guy had to ask at my window what I ordered to go get it. Would avoid this McDonald’s now unfortunately, clearly has issues for now .

Not only is the service slow, I paid $3.03 for a medium coffee that has been sitting on the burner for a while. If I go 15 minutes north of here on Randall Road I can get a McDonald’s medium coffee for $1.79 including tax. Plus, their coffee is always fresh. I won’t be stopping at this McDonald’s again.

Awful. Anytime I get a Coke it takes forever. One simple item. One time I actually left the mobile order spot and never even got my coke. Speaking of coke, out of all of the McDonald’s in all of the land this is the only location where the coke tastes off.

Not good this time. Cold hamburger happy meal. Fries were dead too. The chicken strips were really brown. They looked pre cooked then refried/reheated. Whatever they weren’t fresh and delicious like they can be.

I will drive more than 20 min away to go to a different McDonald’s before I go to this one. This location has been extremely disappointing on multiple occasions. The staff is rude, and have absolutely no customer service skills. They will mess up your order every time, no matter how simple or small the order is. I have watched workers come in with food from other establishments and sit in back and eat while I have waited with my children for 30 minutes inside to be served. If you go to the counter, no one acknowledges you. I have watched many people need to swing back around for messed up orders and there is never an apology or quick fix. I never write a review that is negative, so take this as your warning to stir clear of this location!!!! Give your money to another fast food restaurant where the employees actually take pride in their jobs!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! workers kept staring at us and they weren’t giving us our food. We ordered at 5:50 ish and we waited until 6:30.. there was lots of people who ordered to dine in as-well, and they all got their food FIRST before us. Tables weren’t really clean either, and flies were everywhere!! This really threw us off and we took our money back. Even one of the workers who returned our money back did not apologize or neither a single word – This is NOT acceptable behavior.

I just left from there and the wait was very long. No one came to address us at the front desk and no one was there to take the orders either. It said my order was ready yet no one came to bring it to me until I asked. Also, it seemed like things were not running well inside the store, no structure whatsoever. Would not recommend

Sundays ice cream almost $4 each and cups are not filled to the top. I bought 3 and had to get my money back. Employees can use a little more customer service training. Very rude on that shift today 3/22 between 7:30 and 7:45pm.
