We had an amazing experience at La Parrilla thanks to our server, David. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and made us feel truly welcomed. His timing was perfect, his recommendations were spot on, and he made our meal feel special. He usually works on Fridays and Saturdays, so definitely ask for him when you visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in North GA! The food is reasonably priced and really good. My favorites there are fish tacos, Chirzo Queso and the Fiesta salad. It’s always clean there, the service is always good and they make the best margaritas!

I actually love the food here which is unfortunate because I don’t know that I trust ordering from here again. We ordered online for pickup and their website messed up and didn’t complete the order but still charged us. We showed up to see if our order went through and then asked to speak to a manager when they said they didn’t have our order. The manager didn’t do anything other than check the system to see the order wasnt there. Well no duh the bartender already checked that part. The manager said at midnight the money would go back on my card and didn’t offer any other form of customer service. No one to contact if it didn’t refund, no discount to get dinner, nothing. If we wanted dinner we’d have to pay full price again. Well I no longer trust their systems and don’t feel like paying almost $70 a second time. Now its the next day and instead of my money being refunded it has processed and gone through. I look forward to dealing with another manager later today who maybe has a single care to give about their systems mess up and figuring out how to return my money. I was very disappointed by the entire situation because I had a very specific craving and seriously love the food here.

We are regulars at this La Parilla and we have never had a bad experience. The Texas margaritas always taste the same – delicious. Everything we order is always perfect. Their Con Moduro tacos with steak are my go-to *no cilantro, and its always amazing. All the servers are great, and attentive without being annoying. Joshua has been our server the most and he does such a fabulous job. We love it here and we will continue to come once (or twice) a week!

First off, I’m only speaking on me and my families experience, not sure about other shifts. However, our experience was terrible! My son’s signing day for college we all wanted to go out to eat afterwards of course. Everyone orders, 2 orders were wrong, ask for napkins 4x without getting them, I ordered a 20oz Texas margarita, if you drink margaritas then you know that’s a fish bowl. They gave me maybe a 16oz. TRUST ME. Anyways the worst part was I’m eating my food and I keep smelling this bad smell like old seafood, it’s my daughter’s shrimp. Disgusting smell then as I’m eating with this smell stuck in my mouth then I look down and it’s hair in my nachos. Just unbelievable. Then I still had to pay a 233$ bill. SMH which is no problem we’re not searching for free meals but show some courtesy and respect to your customers.

We have been coming to this place for dozens of times, but unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had.
From the moment we arrived, the service was completely disorganized. One person took our drinks, another different person took our food order, and when we asked who our server was, we were told it was someone who never showed up. For most of the meal, no one came to check on us, and we had to stop any server passing by just to ask for what we needed.
The food was very good, as always, but the service was terrible and completely ruined the experience. We were very close to leaving.
At the end, the server excused the situation by saying they were changing shifts. Despite the poor service, I still left a tip, but what made things worse was that the same server complained to a member of my family, saying that the tip was not a good one, which I found completely inappropriate given the level of service.
It’s truly disappointing, because we’ve always had good experiences here, but this time the service was unacceptable.
With this experience, they didn’t just lose me, but several customers.

AG Hvac & Appliance Repair
La parrilla has never failed us, by far and above one of the most outstanding Mexican restaurants around. If you really want something good get a la parilla dip with the steak, chicken and shrimp in it, that dish is always a great choice.
