The floors were wet and very slippery when walking in almost fell then I went to counter they saw me waiting but chose to ignore me. When someone did finally acknowledge me they were abrupt and not very accommodating. When I got my order they gave me an iced coffee instead of a black coffee. When I told him the order was wrong I was offered no apologizes.

Well, I see this location just won’t answer their damn phone. Called because the McDonald’s app defaulted to this McDonald’s when Im in Illinois. So was gonna tell them somebody their can ha e it or give it to a customer. But this location obviously are ran by the same folks at the one I wish it went to because they don’t answer their damn phones either.

This McDonald’s location was just recently remodeled and looked immaculate both inside and out. This McDonald’s felt more like a trendy upscale restaurant then your normal American fast food chain.
The food quality was excellent in the service very quick.

Im not really sure what happened. My wife and I ordered pick up from the drive through at this location at 10:36 am on September 4th. We drove up to the second window and all we asked for was extra sauce with our food. For some reason, I dont know if she didn’t hear us properly or what, that set the lady at the window off and she gave us an unnecessary amount of attitude for absolutely no reason. Not sure she should be working at the window with customers if her temper can be set off on a whim like that. We also only got one extra sauce cup in the bag, and thats not really that big of a deal, but I feel like we may have gotten more if she didn’t have a temper tantrum first for whatever reason. It has been awhile since I’ve been to this location, so it’s nice to know it’s as bad as it was when I witnessed a drug deal in the bathroom here a few years ago.
