Service was absent. The woman who was at the counter, she saw me and made the action not help me. She turned and went to the kitchen again. There was a male customer in front of me and she helped him easily. It me me there was a presence in service car. I speak Spanish and English so there was no barrier. There was much attitude from the staff to help the customers, I want the only one who needed to pay for their meal this night. The atmosphere was not even busy. Not many customers and productivity that I saw in the kitchen space behind the counter. Another ladytried handing me my tray in my hands instead of the table, I had to ask her to do that. It looked lazy from my side because no Mcdonalds I ever been to does this. Then when my order was made it looked like a disgrace. My cheeseburgers was not fully wrapped, 1 pickle for two cheeseburgers and dry hamburger. The only thing they got right was the lemonade. It was very distasteful and they were fooling around in the back.

Dude, sick of McDonald’s. I pull up to pay, give them cash, get my change, and start driving off when I realize they shorted me five bucks. I tell them at the next window and they’re like, “Pull forward.”

I get my money back, get my food, check the bag — looks good. Start pulling off, reach in, and I’m missing a burger. I throw it in park and walk inside. Tell them I’m missing a burger. The guy just grabs one, puts it on the counter, says “sorry,” and walks away. This isn’t the first time this has happened. How hard is it to get the correct change and put together the correct order?

They were very busy and I don’t mind that but I took off a star because there was two items we didn’t receive and I had to wait in line to ask for them. We did eat inside. They brought our food to the table and the dinning area was clean. The kiosks were not working at the time we went. The staff was very friendly.

Asked do we want $ back or a replacement item? Chose $ back. Got my order wrong after waiting 20 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich. All employees had attitudes. Ordered a mcgriddle and got a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin. Read the order instead of throwing stuff carelessly in a bag. Never coming back to this location

not 24 hours apparently! just drove up to the window at 3:30am and i’m met with the words “Not open.” i’ve been to this mcdonald’s a couple times (during the day) and almost all of the time, my food is made carelessly. there has only been one instance where i received above adequate service. also, they upcharge for extra mayo, pickles, and onions, which i find ridiculous, but i know is not the workers’ fault. wanted to write a review in case google could possibly change the status of this mcdonalds to not be 24 hours.

I purchased 2 McDoubles with no pickle and extra onions. Both burgers had no pickles and no onions. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. I’ve ordered this at other locations and it’s never a problem.

I usually only get breakfast here, so I can’t say for the lunch service, but this location is as you would expect. Food it’s always hot and fresh, never have to wait for anything, staff is always friendly and in a good mood (even on weekend mornings!).
Another location close by is terrible, not this one, this one is great. I was just at the bad location nearby and it reminded me how good the service is at this one.
EDIT: I went back for lunch.
I drove past the one is Leesport to go to this one for lunch, was not disappointed. Food was hot, got it fast, had time to spare when I got back to work. Fast service, friendly staff. Will be driving past the other one in the future for this one.

Update (2 years later) –
This place STILL can’t get an order right. Visited a few weeks ago and they screwed up our entire order. When we complained, the manager lied and said she’d replace it. Went about 2 weeks later and the manager never put it into whatever “book” they keep for all the orders they screw up. Their manager is an outright liar, lied to us over the phone!
Then today, for GOD ONLY KNOWS what reason, my husband decided to get McDonalds and went to this hot mess location. FINALLY got our order right, BUT NOTHING COOKED FULLY?!? Well, who knew? Always thought their burgers were precooked?? Apparently not…
This is disgusting and we will NEVER visit McDonalds again. Freaking GROSS. Not going to bother complaining to the lieing manager because they won’t replace our food anyway. I’d avoid this place altogether, or be sure to check your food before you eat it to avoid getting sick – ESPECIALLY if you have kids (because the kids just gobble it without looking)…
