this is the 2-3 time we have asked them for no cheese on a double quarter pounder and they still keep adding cheese, I understand if it’s busy and stuff but I’m paying with my money and not yours. Most of the staff sounds miserable over the drive thru and you have to scream because they say they can’t hear you at all. Please train your staff to do better as it’s NOT that hard to read a ticket, I’ve let it go by so many times as I do emphasize with the staff but please do better if a customer asks you for something very basic.

This seems to be a problem McDonald’s has in general. The new method of cooking the burgers in onions like white castle, only works if your cook knows what they’re doing. Ever since you guys have started doing this every other burger tastes like you’re eating an onion like an apple. It’s disgusting not to mention the thing reeks like an onion when you open it. Either train the cooks how to do this properly or just stop doing it!

My family usually go to other Mcdonald’s around the area, but we were close to this one and we had THE WORST experience.
The other 1 star reviews were right, they never give you your sauces. Payed for sauce that comes with 20 pc. chicken nuggets and they didn’t include them. But then even after we asked for the 3 sauces, they only gave us one. They refused to give more and we literally had to EXPLAIN to them why we needed more. We also don’t know why this specific location have more expensive menu prices?? Sauces are also 25¢ each when you can get them for free at another location in the same town.
Service was also terrible. Cashier lady today was rude and it took forever for them to get to us when we were one of the only people inside the restaurant. There’s also a teenaged boy that doesn’t even look like he wants to work there. Just don’t bother going here.

I came through here after school one night because I was really hungry and desperate for some food, so I went through the drive through and I got the double quarter pounder meal, PLUS an extra fry. I specified that like three or four times at the drive thru, because the guy already seemed like he didn’t know what I was asking for. He kept putting my order on the board and taking it off, so I already knew this wasn’t going to come out right. I ended up getting my food and got all the way home, only to find out that surprise I didn’t get the extra fry. Mind you I TOLD HIM, more than once and I double checked and asked him if he put the extra fry on there. He told me yes but I saw it wasn’t rung up. I ended up going back and told some lady, who didn’t even really speak English, and she was no help either and didn’t seem to care.

Just been very disappointed lately the quality of food has just been terrible lately. Anytime I order more than 10 nuggets they always come out undercooked I could get sick and forgot the apple slices in the happy meal I ordered, I understand you guys want to keep times down then you all should put cars to park instead of trying to get people sick. This unacceptable for how much this food cost.

Awful customer service. Never been so mistreated at a drive thru before. The guy who gave me my order was wanting to hand me all the wrong things. Cursing at me when I would mention that he gave me the wrong thing. I made a mobile order for a reason for it to be faster. No I spend 30 mins waiting and now part of my order is cold. This McDonald sucks the only person who was nice enough to fix my order was the guy up front on counter. Never again coming here.

Today I came to this location to pick up an order, which had been waiting for more than 30 mins because I had a car problem on my way to the restaurant. I called to let them know I was getting there late. So, when I arrived, an employee welcomed me with a smile and asked me whether it would be ok to make my food again so it was not cold. I said I didn’t want to bother them, but she insisted on making my food fresh, so I could enjoy it. I then accepted and they made the order again.
I’m very thankful for her kindness and spirit of service, along with her co-workers, who also were nice to me. They made my experience very enjoyable and happy. I’m more than satisfied and I hope the store manager can acknowledge their effort and commitment. By the way, the employee’s name is Ana.

Don’t bother coming here. Go to one of the others a mile or so away. They can’t get anything right. From something as simple as 2 shots of espresso in your frappe, to giving you cheese on a sandwich but still placing the sticker with the obvious “NO AMERICAN CHEESE” on the ticket, and God forbid they give you sauce with your nuggets (1 sauce for a 20pc and act like they wanna fight you because you ask for the sauce). The manager is rude and refuses to acknowledge that this is a staff issue. It obviously has to be the customer. I don’t believe the customer is always right but when you ask for a sandwich with no cheese and they add cheese then that clearly isn’t a customer issue. I get that things happen but this is consistent! The staff is a representation of the business. When the staff are constantly incompetent and rude people are going to go elsewhere. Rightfully so! O’Keefe family needs to start at the top and replace every person in that store. If your manager can’t handle simple issues then they shouldn’t be a manager! They’ll hire anyone as long as there is a warm body in that store.
