It’s….ok? Servers are great. Nice people.

Coffee….burnt
Hashbrowns….undercooked
Breaded pork tenderloin….overcooked and tough
Sausage gravy… tastes like undercooked flour yet really gelatinous. Good pepper though
Eggs great
Chicken sandwich and fries excellent

It’s just ok.

Typically I order the Country Fried Steak to go but today I had some time before work so I dined in. When the food came out I took 1 bite and instantly knew it wasn’t beef and was actually chicken. I informed the sever and she told me several times “thats what country fried steak looks like” in a rude manner. After a small back and fourth about weather it was chicken or beef they agreed to make me another, in which case you could clearly see the difference. She didn’t say a word to me after; besides when it was time for me to pay lol. But shoutout to the cook, when I actually got what I ordered it was great, so much so I tipped the cook.

Tried this place out for the first time and it was pretty darn good! We waited about 15 minutes to be seated on a sunday morning. It’s a pretty open atmosphere and well lit. The waitresses were on point and very friendly. We ordered two kids meals, french toast and pancakes. My wife had the blt club i think and i tried the pastasalvi special since I’ve never heard or seen such a thing. My kids loved their meals. My wife demolished hers and yeah it tasted good. Mine was okay, kinda bland, but i didnt have any expectations for it since I’ve never had it. Personally, I wouldn’t get it again. On a good note there are tons of other items i am interested in trying as well so we must return! One thing i would love to see on the menu(or try it as a special) is a breakfast skillet (hash browns no diced taters). They are huge in Chicago and generally have their own section like omelettes do. Sadly hardly any breakfast joints do them in the columbus area. Thanks guys, see ya’ll soon!

Wow is the only thing I have to say about this place. You know all the really fancy diners that charge an arm and leg for food that looks really good but doesn’t taste good? And they charge that price for the atmosphere? This place had good looking and good tasting food, with a killer atmosphere at a very affordable price. Unironically the best hash browns I have ever had at a breakfast diner. Cannot recommend this place enough.

So, I’m updating my review per the owners request, based on my original 3-star review. We chose Delaney’s because they have a pork tenderloin on the menu and it’s something my Husband enjoys and is hard to find in the area. The occasion was the completion of cancer treatment. He did enjoy his meal, very much so thank you for that. I on the other hand am not a fan of the tenderloin, so I ordered my normal breakfast, which was fine. The service was fine and the atmosphere was… atmosphere. It was 6:30am and we were the only diners, so the staff conversations and music were both on the loud side. The food was…fine. My hashbrowns and scrambled eggs were a bit on the greasy side and the bacon was unsure of what texture it wanted to represent – crisp, chewy, fatty. As I said, my Husband enjoyed his meal, mine was ok, hence the 3-star review. I just chose not to be unpleasant. So between giving my Husband his celebration choice and me not wanting to spoil his day, the combination =3 stars.

This place is my favorite weekend go to for breakfast. Their french toast is amazing Everyone works really hard and fast in there and they are always packed. Amber and Bella had the best customee service today! It’s always busy and I expect it to be and they just went above and beyond getting my to go order together.

Good salad diner with delicious food friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Definitely noticeable crowd of regulars which I think is a good thing. I get the Big Daddy breakfast which is a country fried steak, hash browns biscuit and two eggs. 16 bucks decent size portion.

I must say Delaney’s Diner is in my top 5 list of all time favorite breakfast. The food is always good and the service is always 10/10. I wanted to stop in and get some breakfast and it truly made my day. Again the food is always fresh and the people are nice. Even though they stay packed they try their best to get people seated in a reasonable time. I alway get the big breakfast sandwich with hash browns and a pancake! If you are looking for a sign to try this place. Take this as your sign!! You won’t be disappointed. I look forward to going back and trying some of their lunch options.

This was one of my favorite places, I always thought it was a good value and decent food, but today was disappointing. Sticky booth, and I had to send some of my food back because it was inedible. The final straw was a Karen that came in with her phone camera running, and her dog that she insisted was a support animal that kids were petting. It clearly was not a service animal and had no place inside a restaurant.
