Absolutely the slowest McDonalds and possibly restaurant in general I have ever been to. I have waited here multiple times sometimes over 45min to get food. They need to learn to work a system and work orders as they come and separate drive through from inside because if you go inside just sit back grab a beer kick back and enjoy your time there.
The food is fine but the service is slow and sometimes they just look at you and walk past if your standing at the counter to put in an order.

They might as well lock the doors and do drive thru only. Pick up in person doesn’t work if nobody looks in the lobby. Waited 20 minutes inside to try the new hot honey chicken with cheese. I got no hot honey, I got no cheese. I almost got to be late for work though.

Have been to this location multiple times every time I’ve visited I’ve had to get a refund, wait an hour or longer, or go back to get ALOT of missing food. Once the manager told me she gave me my food (40 chicken nuggets) that I clearly didn’t even receive. I live 2 minutes from this location and would rather drive 10 minutes to a different location. We’ve waited at the front counter for over 20 minutes just waiting for an employee to acknowledge us! Just horrible wouldn’t even give this place a half star.

I have tried to give this place a few chances and now leaving this review because whoever is in charge of hiring needs to do a lot better or maybe they’re just hiring whatever they can get. First visit: the drive through took so long and the person taking the order was so confused they had to ask for another employee to help them find the buttons to press for certain items. They apologized and I get that people can be new at jobs. Second visit: we decided to go inside to avoid the drive thru issue again and hoped for better sevice. It was worse. This is when I discovered that it seems like all the employees are lost and confused about everything or just don’t want to be there and don’t want to do the job. We waited so long we almost walked out without our food and didn’t want to bother waiting to ask for a refund. Food finally came without my orange juice. I asked for my orange juice and again, confusion from the employees. Employees were walking as slow as possible in circles not knowing what to do asking each other where my orange juice was. Finally someone came and told me we’d have to wait even longer because the orange juice machine was being cleaned at the moment. WHY WOULD YOU BE CLEANING THE ORANGE JUICE MACHINE DURING BREAKFAST WHEN PEOPLE ORDER IT and not at a more conveint time?? We just walked out without saying anything else and didn’t ask for a refund. I had to go to the gas station to get a drink to go with my food. I still wasn’t going to leave a bad review until third visit: I get all the way home (30 mins away in the country) and discover hair in my nuggets. I almost let that slide except for the fact it was wrapped around the nuggets and stuck to them. The worst part is the hair even had a black tar like substance on it like some kind of hair product and now I’m gagging and can’t drive all the way back into town. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I thought for a brief second East Dublin had finally achieved an upgrade but sadly not in my opinion. If I am in & out of this place in 30 minutes it is a fast day. So after today I will not be going back, I have tried to be patient. I was hoping for progress but all we received was the same time consuming service. And when I do get food it is a guess as to what I get sometimes that is the fun part because my order is always wrong. I feel if management would train their staff thoroughly, and give them confidence it would be the best place around. But lets face it in modern America emboldening & equiping folks in the corporate world is not the norm. I suppose at best it does look better than the vacant lot but appearance is the only catagory this place excels. I will be ready to resume my patronage anytime if service becomes better.

This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to and the night shift is horrible. Me waiting for one hour to get cold food and an incorrect order is total insanity. Please shut down and fire the entire night shift and get a new manager because this place isn’t being ran right at all and hasn’t been since day one

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They do not care about getting your order out in a timely manner. I have been to this location many times, since they opened, it is always the worst experience.

Did an online order one to work and waited 10min in drive through for them to even acknowledge me, so drove through then they sent me to drive through 1 then AGAIN WAITED 25 min went inside and got a refund! Do not use this McDonald’s!!
