Cute place, i think the prices are okay. First time there, where the line actually was was a bit confusing and unclear since we were the 3rd groupd in line. They need to extend the pictures on the ground or something.
We waited a really long time in line and it was super bright out but everytime we looked inside employees were on their phones. We’re young too, but they were absolutely glued to their devices.
My partner got a slushy and it definitely had way too much syrup, he almost couldnt drink it.
Edit: looking at other reviews, the owners appears to not take criticism well or replies with confrontational responses. Uses a “bad day” as an excuse for many complaints against him. Seems very unprofessional.

I’ve been here several times in the last few years and the ice cream has always tasted great, service has always been fine. Tonight when I went while waiting in line to order, the owner was handing out an ice cream but no one came to get it immediately, so someone gestured that they had gone to sit down a little ways over. He yelled “Hey!” And when they came over, apologetic for not hearing him, he said, “Wait over here, we don’t deliver.” His tone and demeanor were very rude. I understand that it can be stressful on a busy night and you’re trying to get out orders quickly, but to treat your customers like that who are supporting a small business is not appropriate.

This is one of my kids favorite ice cream shops, we come at least once a week and they love it with the parks right by. However for the second time now one of my kids had to use the bathroom and we had to get out of the front of the line after already waiting and would have had to wait again for a total of almost an hour. We had exactly one person waiting in front of us and we already had waited at least 20 minutes and saw the people who were behind us had already gotten their ice cream after we got out of the bathroom! After using the bathroom inside I asked if we could just order inside as we obviously had to get out of line for my five year old to use the bathroom. We were told no, considering we were literally at the front of the line and had already waited so long we decided to just leave and get ice cream from the shop 3 minutes down the road and will now continue going there instead. You’d think when you can obviously see a guest has waited their entire duration and they have to leave the front of the line to take a child who can’t help when they need to use the bathroom that you’d be a little more understanding of the situation but this is now the second time it’s happened so obviously not.

Amazing! Went in on a slow chilly day and a young girl and older woman made me a chocolate covered cherry jam’r. Tasted just like the box of chocolate covered cherries. Wonderful staff! Definitely going back here!

Great local ice cream spot, Always a great weekly flavor and the custard is amazing. Relatively cheap compared to larger chain ice cream spots, and the outdoors area is walled off so you have plenty of plenty of space to enjoy the sun. Only issue is the parking situation, it gets very busy! plenty of space by the museum for those who like to walk, very cute town to explore.
