I got the chicken wraps with ranch, the ranch had a weird gritty texture and didnt taste right, and there was rotten lettuce and they put tomato on there randomly. Second wrap came with the wrong sauce. I also got a chicken sandwhich that didnt taste fresh at all. Disapointing experience whole order was wrong

Sat in the drive through for so long and got no answer. So I made an order through the app. Still no answer. Pulled up to the window. Watched the manager ignore me on the other side of the window acting like I wasn’t there. He turned off the speakers and menu without acknowledging me. Mind you I had already paid and the business was open. Never got my order. Never answered the phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE. And for the manager at that. Mind you I have video of all of this.

going through the drive thru 3 cars passed me on the left lane because the person in charge of my lane was talking and not paying attention i had to yell hello multiple times then my well done mcrispy wasn’t even cooked through .

How to describe service, non existent. Waited 11 minutes after placing order at kiosk. No food , when confronted a lady who finally came to counter said ” well you have to pay first” after 11 minutes really.. I responded bring out the food and I will gladly pay. She cancelled the order and said good bye. fire this whole bunch get teenagers who took the McDonald’s course , this is a black eye to the entire corporation

Took nearly 20mins in drive through to get 4 very old double cheese burgers. The worker at the window took my card, started playing on her phone, took a picture of my card, then handed me my recipe and card. Proceeded to wait at second window watching 5 employees just hang out before a girl just slowly walks over with a bag, I say thanks and she just stares at me. NEVER EAT AT THIS MCDONALDS. By far the worst one I’ve ever been to. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Have went multiply times. Always parking when it just is you. Can never get orders right having to repeat constantly. Never takes orders in the correct way in drive thru. Only way they’ve ever gotten my order right is when I do a mobile order, if they place it themselves I always have to fix multiple things in the order. They typically always forget items as well. Either have to go back to get it or just accept the loss. Their customer service is terrible. No one likes to make eye contact unless it’s to ask to park you. They practically toss the food to you and say bye. No hello or anything. The parking is constant, even if it’s for a simple burrito. Which is just microwaved so I don’t see the point of parking. Even when we park they wait till they have all the parked orders completed. Then send out some helpless kid. They don’t know who orders what or what vehicle they drive. They constantly try to give us wrong order even after repeating our order. Seriously needs a better system here. Better training as well.

This is a strange McDonald’s. It seems to be set up for adults. The decor is subdued and modern. It must have been built during the pandemic, because there’s no self serve anything. No drink station, no condiments, nothing. Didn’t have that McDonald’s feel at all, which may be great for adults, but no fun for kids who want to get their own mixed soda and ketchup. Food was fine, but they didn’t bring it to my table (which is a new thing, and I don’t really care, but if you have little ones or are mobility impaired and really need that option, which can be found in the app, then it’s a problem.) All in all, there are lots of McDonald’s, and I won’t go back to this one.

The manager is awesome here and the lobby is open later that other competitors in the area. I always get great customer service here.

It is what it is, a McDonald’s. Therefore being rated as and against other comparative fast food establishments, it did great. Clean, and epic fast and courteous food service even during lunch hour. Had food delivered to table in under 2 minutes. Even the bathrooms were clean. Relatively recent renovation, nice visit.
