The food was prepared to order and okay; however, I question the efficiency of the site. I clocked my order from inception of the order on the phone app to delivery to my table- 14 minutes. The food was barely warm, but because I was on a timeline, I just at ate it and didn’t bother reordering it.

They were extremely slow to get things out to customers. It’s extremely convenient to HWY 50 but i don’t think it’s worth the stop if the drive through is full. They were doing their best but it just wasn’t working. We waited about 35 minutes for our order of one meal and a big Mac. The food order was correct but there were a while lot of angry customers.
Not sure if they have enough staff to cover the increased traffic for the holidays.

Kiosk never works for old guys and there is seldom a live person to take an order. I just left and went to Golden Waffle yesterday instead. Missouri Flat location is much better.

I know that most, if not all the McDonald’s, went through some renovations, but this one is quite modern and seemed to be renovated just recently.
It has a playroom for kids, which was pretty busy.
The bathrooms were clean, they need to fix the doors though! There was a door handle that you could open the door with your foot, which is very handy!
The service was good and efficient.

Good food, fast service ! it’s very dirty and the air conditioners don’t work as they should (it’s very stuffy).

Waited for 30-minutes, after ordering, to get a cup coffee and McMuffin. People waiting were getting mad to a point that some handed off their paid receipts and walked out because they ran out of time and couldn’t wait any longer.
Had approximately 7-8 people ahead of me waiting plus the drive thru. That is not a lot of people. Just shows why they can’t compete with In-N-Out.

Just came here with my family, made 2 orders. One of the orders had 2 drinks that they didn’t give to us, we had to ask for the cups, (though we were just handed them on the other order), and when we asked for them they still only gave us one of the two cups (we barely realized this until we were leaving). On BOTH orders, there were burgers with bacon add ons which is around $1.78 extra and both burgers from both orders were given to us without bacon. We went back in to get the second drink from the first order and the bacon for the other two, we were given the drink cup and a whole extra burger with bacon as opposed to just the bacon for the TWO burgers missing it. We are not from around here and just come up about once a year to go to Apple Hill, so I hope this was an isolated incident. Overall, this experience was not a positive one and I know that me and my family will not be returning.

We came by tonight to get some happy meals. I was impressed with the nice service. Got a Halloween bucket too. Was happy to see that they were not out of them. The McDonald’s by Missouri Flat was all out of the Halloween buckets. Friendly people and good service.

Very unclean establishment, all the fountain drinks were flat and upon further inspection I noticed that the nozzles are disgustingly green. I immediately asked for a refund on EVERYTHING I ordered.

Tables in the kids area with the playplace were never cleaned while we were there, and every table needed it when we got there and staff being in and out and picking large trash pieces. I had baby wipes thankfully.
The food was fine but the drinks were wrong size and the syrup was empty.
The real problem was that the fire exit was blocked by a trash can.
