I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Soggy bun, viscous goo instead of crispy crust. I doped it up with spicy mustard sauce, to no avail. First bite was all gristle. Whole sandwich, directly into trash.

The manager, Rob is a rude, arrogant self entitled man with little man syndrome. He belittles the crew in front of customers with kids. His attitude and demeanor totally ruin every experience i have there.

Just order 2 hamburgers, 6piece nugget w/2 sauces, and small fries and paid $10.41. But what I recieved was 2 cheeses burgers (wrapped in hamburgers wrapper paper), extra salty fries, and overcooked cold nuggets. Also, the person who handed me my food never greeted or said thank you. She just didn’t speak to me. Very disappointed with them.

Dirty floors in the kitchen. Dining area soda machine all messy. Sticky floors n nothing stocked right. These kids don’t deserve 15 an hour maybe 10 if they are lucky. Poor attitudes and drive times unexplainable. 3 of the employees wearing regular shoes not even non slip resistant ones. The 3rd time I’ve asked for crispy well fries light salt. Not fries that are half well done and no salt. This general manager Robert hicks should be disappointed in his untrained staff. They are rude and just don’t care. People don’t go to that one because it’s the worse one I’ve ever been to and the nastiest.

The food is good and the workers are nice… when you can get ahold of one. The lobby has some serious neglect issues and wait times can be crazy. But when it comes to the food, it is surprisingly good, and usually fresh – probably because they are always so behind in the kitchen

The food was good, the soda tasted different. At the first window, after I paid and received my card just as soon as the window was shut the employee opened it back up and asked if I needed anything else. I have to wait where I am because the other customer in front of me and it felt like the paying window employee was rushing me to drive off.

I drive for a delivery service. All of the McDonald’s in the area of Fairbanks and North Pole are the best. They are always fresh, fast, and friendly. I have never had a customer complain about getting an order cold or wrong. By far McDonald’s has this service figured out the best and should set the standard for all other fast food places using delivery services.
