My grandson & I ate there Friday night & had a great experience!
The food was hot & tasty. My Big Mac came out missing a patty, However, Josephine was very apologetic & made me a brand new one, brought it to our table & apologized again!

Abruptly closed off and kicked all families out of play area for work meeting.
We have been dealing with poor service at this location for years. Today, staff just blocked off the play area and asked everyone to leave. No notice. No kindness. Just a bizarre way to treat folks.

Came for dinner and I understand dinner rush is a thing and didn’t expect a fast experience but it took us an hour just to get through the line as well as being skipped in the drive thru 5 times. As my boyfriend and I got to the window the food wasn’t ready but yet all the workers are having fun and laughing and more focused on talking to themselves. They finally told us to go park in front since the food wasn’t done. My boyfriend went in to complain but couldn’t since there was no one at register and they were all in the back laughing together. This was the most unorganized and immature service I have ever seen and I have food come faster from in n out.

This location seems to have all the excuses for why it’s not open early in the morning. Yet they are in there getting paid for doing nothing. Claiming they have to many inexperienced employees to open the door or drive thru. This affects delivery drivers and customer. This causes drivers to cancel orders that affects the acceptances rate on our apps and can get us kicked off our jobs. We work hard to accept all orders so we can keep our jobs and get better paying orders. The customers don’t understand why this store can’t get it’s act together. This is greatly inconvenientcing our military customers as 99.9% of our orders are for them. It’s sad how unprofessional this store has been.

I should thanks this location of McDonalds. The drive through is so slow and the food is so meh with the prices that continue to climb that during my most recent visit for happy meals with the kids I had a major epiphany that the whole experience is absolutely not worth the time and cost investment. I had enough time to sit and ponder (45+minutes with only 6 cars ahead of me originally) to imagine how much less irritating it will be next time to stop and grab a few groceries, likely for less cost. Then take home and cook, for a faster, healthier, overall much better experience.
Thank you McDonalds, Fairbanks. This experience you have given me has allowed me to address my life in a more positive way. I will never spend another cent at your locations. If I’m really feeling lazy and must partake in a drive through there are additional options in town.

Horrible times for both getting serviced and food out with not being a food rush still taking 2hrs and just Horrible experience oveⁿrall. Almost wanting you to leave out of frustration even though you paid. This happening more that 3 times I been here. Just avoid this place and go to the one on airport way

It’s McDonald’s. It’s exactly what you expect. I’ve never had an issue with my order and everyone has always been polite. Sure, the dining area gets messy during busy hours but that’s to be expected.

It says 24 hours but literally every time I go late at night/early in the am they are closed. It’s not that hard to update your hours to avoid wasting peoples time with a trip into town for nothing. Also the line is always very slow.
