Usually good, but not this time or location. I have the sense the younger employees don’t care or want to work there anymore. I ordered my food at the drive thru and felt my interaction with the employees was not the best. Than there is the food itself was definitely made without a care in the world I mean on how bad it was packaged. Just looking at the photo kills my hunger. I will say this will be the last time I come to this location.

Aside from In&Out, its the best fast food place, IMO.
The advantage this place has over In&Out is they offer a lot more.
Pot Roast, fish, shrimp, cheese curds, coleslaw, all of it is cooked well in clean oil and has good portion sizes.
Stop going to McDonalds and Wendy’s with their tiny portions and inflated prices, start going to Culvers.
Also, the great thing about this particular location, is I haven’t met one employee thay looks like they hate their jobs.
It looks like they treat their people well.

⭐️ That’s right people. This place gets six stars overall! Great place for family atmosphere. Everyone was having such a great time. The staff is excellent. This was my first time at a Culver’s. It took me a little while to see what I wanted from the menu, but the young lady behind the counter was so patient and kind. Great smile and presentation for retail food. I don’t know why I never tried them before but I certainly am going back!!!

I hate to be that guy but we eat at this location all the time. Last time out we had a big order and they forgot my wife’s turtle sundae. No big deal mistakes happen. We kept the receipt and my pregnant wife went back tonight to satisfy her craving while also ordering a bunch more food. They refused to give her the sundae because “we should have called the night they forgot it.” I have a pregnant wife and 4 kids. Our life is hectic. We don’t stop everything when there is an issue with a dinner order. And honestly you really think we are trying to steal a 1 scoop sundae? Just terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

Love this place. Yes you have alittle wait for your food as it’s fresh cooked verse other fast food places like MCD, BK etc but worth the short wait. Always been yummy, hot and no issues at this location. The staff that bring the food out you in the drive thru or curbside pickup have been nice and friendly. If I do curbside from my app I usually only wait 1-2 minutes after clicking I’m here on the app and the food is out to me. Great service our go to spot.

Very disappointed in the attitude from the kids working tonight. 8/28. Once a week we treat ourselves to the same Culver’s ice cream mixers. It’s always chocolate. The kid made it with vanilla and then acted like it was my fault when I asked for it to be remade. Very frustrating dealing with this because it has never been that way before.

Food is always good at Culver’s for being fast food. I know they cook to order but their drive thru service is always SO slow! From the time we ordered until the time we got the bag of food, it was 7 mins exactly as we timed it since my husband and I had a bet going because we were saying how Culver’s always takes so long when going through the drive thru. We ordered 2 cheeseburger meals, plus a large cheese curd (which was really large!) Outside of the timeframe issues, we would return.

So good! I love the ice cream! The milkshake is delicious! I really love the service here! The cleanliness inside is amazing. The people at the drive through tend to be very friendly! I’ve only had someone mess up my food once. When that happened they immediately fixed it and offered me a coupon for free custard! Good place

We love getting custard here. The raspberry cheesecake is a must!! They have it as their scoop of the day today. I put it in a concrete mixer. It was delish!! Thanks Culvers! We also love earning your coupons at our local library for the summer reading program and at school. Thanks for partnering with them!

Sunday, 2/8, around 1pm. One cashier, 4 customer parties in line. Women in blue hair and tats turned around twice at the line, waited, and then finally started to take orders. p.s., blue hair and tats are not appetizing to all customers. Did not see a manager type. All looked to be teenagers operating a million-dollar store.
