Ordered a fish sandwich and large fries with a large strawberry shake and the fish sandwich was so dry and yucky like it had been sitting around since opening our something…. lol at the pics I took the cheese wasn’t a whole slice like it shows in the picture!! It’s all dried on the meat and bun!! Very yucky fish sandwich today!!! 1st time ever, since I’m always ordering it. A big yuck If I hadn’t been so damn tired from walking the beach all day I would have taken it back!! The strawberry shake was pretty hard to mess that one up!! The fries were not hot or even warm!! So basically paid $16 for a large shake, we’re i could have went to the spit and got a homemade shake for $10
They’re wasn’t hardly any tarter sauce on it either!!

The worker was awesome he was attentive and helped us save a couple bucks. But they never have ice cream. And there service is SUPER SUPER SLOW. along with there food. I have gotten my friend cold 3 times now. It’s getting old. (No pun intended.) so good luck when you go there it’s a toss up.

Service was very slow in the drive through. Person on intercom taking order kept asking anything else in a rude tone of voice.
My wife went inside to use the restroom and heard the employees cussing so loudly you could hear it in the lobby.
Food was typical, service and crew needs training in customer service.

When we went to the Homer McDonald’s expect a big wait for the cashier to notice you because she has her back turned to the kitchen and ignores people at the front order area !! We told her we want fresh fries and not the ones sitting there because of a previous order !! Another older lady ordered coffee which was not very good she said and wanted another and the lady didn’t offer her a refill just had a bad attitude instead of giving her another order and we had to wait a damn 10 mins for our order !!

Came out and told me that they did not have the items I ordered after 15 minutes, could not get refund because I ordered through app so basically just took my money for nothing. Have repeatedly had them not have items I ordered and had to get them substituted for cheaper ones and have never been given a refund for the price difference.

Honestly, we were starved and happy to get any food at all during the shut down. But we ordered 6 happy meals, and all of the meals came with the same Velma toy. I think it’s bunk that they don’t do boy-kine or girl-kine toys anymore. If I were an 8 year old boy, I would have been crushed to get 6 Velmas. But as six middle aged women, we were stoked to get them, and are now “The Six Velmas”. We got the most amazing cupcakes up the hill, in the building where Alaska Berry Products used to be. I don’t remember the name and I can’t find them on the internet, or I would be reviewing them too. But the Velmas definitely enjoyed the gluten free blueberry/lemon cupcake, and the raspberry/white cupcake . I think both had cream cheese frosting, soooo good! And the happy meals were delicious too. Thanks for the extra fries and for not making me eat applesauce.

I’m not sure if they don’t have enough workers or if it’s because of high tourist season but the restaurant was dirty. All the trash cans, in and outside were overflowing. There was food all over the floor and the restrooms were closed. There is a port a potty and hand washing station in the parking lot so that makes me believe that they shut down the restrooms just because of the volume of visitors and maybe lack of employees to keep up the restrooms. The food was good but the facility was not being kept up and possibly a health hazard.

Zero toilet paper in the dirty bathrooms. Employee hands my wife a stack of napkins and says “here”. The place was dirty and slow service. I’d be really upset if it were my millions at stake as an owner. They could’ve easily done better.
