We have been ordering cakes from DQ for the past decade. They do such a nice job at making sure the customers are happy with the product. Most recently Ashley created a fabulous cake for our Hamilton fan. It looked great and it was delicious. Ashley is an asset to the Milford DQ. I called this location to help coordinate a gender reveal ice cream cake. They were very willing, it was super easy, and they went above and beyond – it was a beautiful cake! Plus it only took a couple days. Next time I get the chance, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

We use DQ every month to celebrate birthdays at our office. They take the time to write which blizzard is which on the lid, & always go above & beyond to accommodate our large order. We are grateful to each employee that makes our day more special!

I ordered an oreo snowdrift blizzard and he made it incorrectly. He took the blizzard back and all he did was add marshmallow and mix it up again. It didn’t have the right ice cream, it made the oreo pieces crumbs by that point and basically turned it into a shake…

They gave me very little ranch dressing and had the chicken literally swimming in barbecue sauce.. aside from that, the meal was pretty nice. I posted photos to showcase the quantity of barbecue sauce. It made the chicken… Not quite edible. On the plus side, I now have barbecue sauce for the next couple weeks.

Fast and friendly service. May be the best blizzard I’ve ever had. Stop in and see Cheyenne and Elizabeth. These girls need to be regional trainers for DQ! Toppings mixed all they way through, not just on the top half.

Drive thru had a long line and there was a short line inside as well, but it moved very quickly. Ordered smores blizzard, came out blazing fast and tasted great. One of the fastest DQ experiences I’ve ever had, so great job to everyone working during a busy time to make that happen.

Update:
Avoid this location! They have poor customer service. Have not been treated well and been given attitude. Went through drive through and was driving off when i noticed my blizzard leaking out the side of mu cup. Went in to get a new one. And they just transfer it to a new cup reblended it and put a hole into the new one as well. Obviously lady working counter does not know how to operate the equipment and needs retrained because she told me the carmel pieces always do that, but considering ive had this same blizard multiple times without be served with a puncture in the side of my cup, im calling bull. Very unhappy with the quality of food and service from this location and will not be returning.
Bathrooms were disgusting. Service was very poor. No one was watching the front counter and had to holler to get someone’s attention. Besides that everything was fine.
