This location is very disorganized people were ordering and people or coming in after them receiving their food before the people that ordered before them. The employees appeared to be very disorganized and it would have been simple to follow the order number on the top of the person’s receipt when calling out the order that was ready this stearmlines the process but the employees were not doing that and had confused orders going to the wrong people they locked the doors a half hour early then the stated closing time losing several customers. They would make ice cream cones and set them down on the dirty counter instead of handing them directly to the customer this is a BOH violation. The bathroom was very dirty as in dirt that was on the sink area for weeks chemical liquid stains on the walls. I would recommend another location.

We had a awesome experience working with Ashley at this Dairy Queen. We placed an order online for a ice-cream cake for my first grandsons baby shower. Ashley was professional and worked with me to make sure every detail was perfect on our cake. Our cake actually had my grandsons ultra-sound picture printed on the cake and it was soooo awesome!!! Highly recommend this Dairy Queen ! Thank you Dairy Queen

We were traveling through Ohio and needed to stop for lunch. We decided on DQ and this location did not disappoint! The dining room was clean, the staff was super friendly, and our food came out piping hot! Not like the usual semi warm fries I usually get from other locations in my home town. Great experience! If you’re looking for a cake, their display was full of nicely decorated cakes, and the woman who was writing on the cakes had beautiful handwriting on them. 5 out of 5 experience.

Food was hot, order was correct, staff very friendly. They were very accommodating ask them to hold Sunday’s until children were done with food, ate outside . Outside area was clean and well kept. The only reason didn’t give a five was because the bathrooms needed toilet paper and paper towels in dispenser.
