My mother and I ordered McDonald’s through door dash. First they gave our driver the wrong order so she had to go back again and get our order. Then we finally got our order we started eating and my moms burger was raw inside. She took one bite and it was all raw. We will never be ordering from this McDonald’s again. It looks even worse in person.

My order was fine but what I can’t stand is yall allowing the tweekers to loiter inside. It makes myself and many others very uncomfortable, we don’t pay to have god knows what kind of person staring at us and our children while we try to enjoy quality time together. Im literally observing an intoxicated man sitting in a booth without purchasing anything and he is staring at people in a very creepy way. This has to stop. We cannot send the message that this is at all acceptable because it absolutely is not.

Every once in a while, I order McDonald’s and isn’t good. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger hardly any lettuce. It was cold. Two pickles, the hamburger patty didn’t even cover the bun on and on and on. Their fries used to be super crispy and golden. What happened to those are not anymore. Food prices are going up and value seems to be going down.

It’s a typical McDonald’s. I’ve only been to this location a few times, usually only if 5 guys is too packed or to pick up a drink. McDonald’s food has become over processed, over the last 15 years and honestly upsets my stomach if I eat too much of it. Usually I hit 5 guys or the Habit across the street first. According to a lot of other reviews you need to check your order before taking off as they tend to mess up orders a lot. o

I ordered using the app. Went thru the drive thru to pick it up, because that’s the option i chose on the app. They said they were waiting for fresh fries to come out of the fryer.. So, pull around to spot #1 and wait. TEN MINUTES LATER.. They bring out cold fries, cold burgers with stale buns. I’m sure they forgot about us. What is the point in using the app?????????????

Three times a charm right? Not at this McDonald’s. The third time was the worse yet. The management had a cluster of employees standing in the kitchen not knowing what to do. It took 40 mins to get a half frozen order of hash browns. Seven biscuits when we only ordered four. Needless to say, never coming back to this McD’s. Yet the workers wamt 20 dollars an hour. Not worth it the pay!!!!

Check your food! Everytime I go to this McDonald’s they miss something in my order. This time they missed 4 fries that went with meals!! Make that make sense! HOW DO FORGET THE ONE THING EVERYONE COMES FOR?????? These young kids don’t read and pay attention to anything. They just do whatever. Theyre so stuck on their phones and using vape pens that it has gone directly to their brains with no return!! They either need new management or better employees because at this point, I’ll drive 20 minutes to get better service! The last time I went, they gave me a fish sandwich that looked like they threw it on the ground and gave it to me! Discussing! I emailed corporate but they could careless. So I’ll let everyone on here know, CHECK ALL YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Incredible poor service. There were peoples orders being given to the wrong people and the manager ignoring the 8 people waiting to try and get a credit or find out where there food went. I would suggest for the queensgate location if a customer is asked to leave the drive thru and wait a couple minutes for your food to come out say no.
