Stopped last night no line in drive thru and one customer inside. Ordered an Italian beef dip. Pulled up to the window to pay fry’s were in the fryer basket in the cardboard containers. I waited for my meal for 16 min. While one employee walked around on speaker phone with a friend, two other employees walking around aimlessly and one worker actually working. The man on speaker phone comes over to the fryer with the bag in one hand and his phone in the other picks up a container of fries that have been there since prior to me even getting there puts them in my bag then yells at the older gentleman working the drive thru to take the bag from him. The fries were not even close to warm the beef dip was more bread than anything. I know it’s hard to find quality employees but have some pride in what you do! Horrible experience!

Went in and ordered to take out and when I was home eating my fries I found what looks like a hair or something but it made me lose my appetite. And the lady taking our order kept getting it wrong and no one was very friendly, I think you need to make them wear hair nets and gloves that’s gross!

Set the bar pretty low, still disappointed. I don’t need smiling faces, cheerful greeting etc for me to give a place 5 starts. Not that I was greeted with any of that. All I needed was for the saucy cheesy meat to be placed on the bun. Somehow the bun and sauce got put together and the meat and cheese got put together and both were adjacent to each other in the wrapper. That’s where the similarity to the sandwich on the menu ended. Wasn’t even a mountain of meat, just a classic beef and cheddar. Drive through line was spacious enough for my vehicle and line moved fast.

I do not leave reviews often but this experience was AWFUL! To start off, the worker who took my order was not friendly or kind at all. I got an apple turnover and a mint chocolate shake. They originally got my order wrong, but I’ll let that slide. The shake burned the back of my throat and made it tingle. I got sick not even 10 minutes after I drank the shake. The store had an awful stench and was super foggy. Not to mention there was workers vaping in the store.

The service was good, very friendly. The food was good, we always enjoy eating there. But for some reason fast food places the floors are always sticky! It isn’t enjoyable listening to your shoes stick as you walk.
