About half the time I eat here, there are no issues and sometimes they have excellent service and food. But I have had many bad experiences with this location as well. I recommend using the other Richland locations on Wellsian or Dupertail.

-Drive thru speakers left unattended for several minutes on several occasions

Stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich. Was happy to find there limited time $5 sausage egg McMuffin meal. Staff are friendly and come and check on you when dinning in.

Today, February 1st, around 2:20 pm, we ordered the new Shamrock . We noticed that at the bottom of the cup, there was approximately 1.2-1.6 inches of white color. We asked if they could make it completely green (all Shamrock flavor), but they just changed the cup, and it looked like the picture. Since this is a new flavor, I’m not sure if this is normal or if it should be entirely green.

On 08/11 I had gone in for the Friday deal, but the app wasn’t working. The manager couldn’t give me the deal. I buy something and she hands me my fries. Bad experience, lazy or both.
08/25 Today I stopped by for a drink and used my app. Olivia was on duty and she changed my opinion about this restaurant. Olivia is a people person with great customer skills.
She has a good attitude about her job and seemed happy.
If Olivia isn’t a manager she should. She has the qualities a manager should have and works well with her crew. If I go back I hope she’s on duty.

I don’t know if it’s me that seems to be getting these bad cheeseburgers at McDonald’s. Like these things were old. A bun was even hard it didn’t look like it was even fresh which made it not taste very good. McDonald’s needs to step it up with their food quality. I am updating my review because today I got a cheeseburger that was so cold I think the health department needs to come and check this place out. I don’t know how you put food out like that this is ridiculous it wasn’t even warm.

Service and food is always quick… maybe a little too quick. Ordered a McFlurry and when I went up to the window to get my food they said the blender was down. Asked if I wanted a cone or something else instead or a refund for the McFlurry. I wanted the refund. The machine magically started working and I drove away with a McFlurry….too busy and didn’t want to make it? Not sure what happened.

I live laugh love fast food because I’m always going somewhere for my job, but this McDonald’s in particular was on the nicer side of McDonald’s. It’s a 5 star (for a McDonald’s)
