I Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. I was the first to order in the building. 3 people walked in after me and got served first. Also I watched about nine vehicles get served before I did. They really do not care about the customers just the appearance of a quick turnaround that’s all they care about half the cars were also just told to go forward so they would drive off the sensor showing that they had been served even though they were still waiting as well. Point being took forever for no reason other than incompetence and probably understaffed.

I hardly ever go to McDonald’s so I went on the app to see what they had for breakfast and saw they now offer steak in their breakfast meal. So I ordered the big breakfast with steak and hotcakes and when I walk in I see it sitting there at the mobile order spot, which I always find it funny that they don’t even check when somebody grabs it. So I show them the number on my phone that matches the order number on the box. Then I proceed to walk out but I stop at the counter where there’s napkins and decide to open the box. And good thing I did because I’m looking around I see no meat. Then I lift up the biscuit and a sausage is hiding underneath. Not sure exactly if it’s like steak flavored sausage or steak shaped like sausage. So holding it up, I ask them. Is this steak? The cook looks up and says oh that was a mistake. Then they proceed to wrestle with me for the box and grab the box and the sausage that I’ve already touched and I thought they were going to toss the whole thing in the trash. So I said twice I can keep all that just give me the steak. Then I see them hand the cook my opened plastic container of food and put the steak in and hand me back the box. But they were very territorial and it makes more sense to give somebody the sausage they already touched then throw it in the trash and go into somebody stomach instead of the trash bin. But whatever. Corporate logic. The other thing was the weird attitude like they were almost mad at me for pointing it out to them. Fyi, the prefabricated piece of steak with little shaves of grilled onions on top was delicious by the way. Just the getting my order wrong and then the weird attitude prompted this review.

Been here 3 times in the last two weeks due to needing quick dinner while I’ve been moving. Always slow, always have to repeat myself when ordering, and 3/3 times they have forgotten something in my order. This place has really gone downhill since the early 2000’s.

It was okay but I wanted to try the new hot honey so I ordered it and they gave me hot mustard and I hate mustard so it was very disappointing the service was okay it took 30 minutes but the food was still hot and it wasn’t very clean in there either there were alot of straws and the floor and French fries. I liked it but didn’t really enjoy it.

Don’t come here for Fudge Sundaes, because they come filled half way, way below the fill line. I also don’t understand the need for the dome lids then. We were traveling through town and ordered five sundaes for the kids. We brought it up to the manager, and he said it’s supposed to be like that. $3 for half a cup of Fudge Sundae is ridiculous! We asked very politely if they could fill them up. The manager had no customer service skills, and just walked away without saying anything. This location must be cutting corners and trying to save money on ice-cream I guess.

*edited to add – the store manager made contact with me today and indicated she’d be speaking to the shift manager I dealt with yesterday!
They gave our food to someone else!! So someone got our $30 order free and I got bitched at by the manager (no apology for screwing up, either) for being upset our food is now late (and we’re hungry!)
Ridiculous!
The manager stood there and argued that there was a number four on our order slip, but I know there was a three because I pushed the number three and entered it when we got to the curbside pickup.
She was 100% in the wrong and argued with me because of her screw up. In fact I watched her walk right by our car and head to the number four slot!!
As you can see, the slip which she then printed a duplicate of, plainly says “3”.
Not to mention, the fries were limp and cold, and the burgers were bland and unappealing.
I couldn’t believe they didn’t even toss in a cookie or something for our trouble after they gave our food away to someone else, causing us to wait another 20 minutes when we’d already been waiting 20 minutes for the food that never arrived!!?
Not that I cared, but it just goes to show how completely arrogant and unapologetic they were when it was their screw-up.
Completely disappointing.

24 hour service but not at 3 am! Wanted coffee for our drive. Drove up to drive through menu, after a few moments they shut it off. Went to first window three employees looked at us, laughed, and didn’t bother to say anything if they were closed or not. They just chose to ignore us. Confusing, if not 24 hours, turn off your 24 hour drive thru sign from your windows.

I was trying to be nice every time I go some place and order food. Always I make sure I do communicate with them verbally and kindly. It has been a couple times I went McDonalds at processor and I let them know look guys pay attention what people are telling you before you do something. I told them many time I want my order hot and freshly made. They said yes sir we do we will and every single time my food cold like ice. I don’t know or I am exaggerating things but after long day of work finally you are getting lunch break so you can enjoy your lunch. I didn’t enjoy it at all and it has been more than 2-3 times happened. I hope McDonald’s headquarter will address that issue before giving branches.

Horrible customer service, came in to enjoy a meal with family on our way home and the older gentleman refused to help us at the register! Simply points to kiosk, he told me he was paid to do so. Do better McDonalds, or you surely will be the first to be replaced by robots.

The lady in the drive thru has told me ” I have to pay for mayonnaise , but it’sok today”. She seemed frustrated when I ask. This isn’t the only time this has happened, with the same lady. Today that lady again, seems to have a issue when asking for any condiments. She turns around when asked an walks about 2 feet and then turns around and says” were out of mayo”. Ok sure but by her previous response and her attitude, I don’t think that is true. I think her performance and drive thru time is her only goal. Not customer service.
