Me and my boyfriend went out to dinner. We both got the sirloin tips breakfast dinner. He got his the way it comes and I got mine the same but with crepes instead of pancakes. The service was sorta slow but the waitress was nice and was trying her best. Around 15-20 minutes after ordering we got our food she then told me that my crepes were still being prepared. I started eating with my boyfriend until he mentioned the meat seemed to be old, blue to grey looking in color and told me not to eat anymore. I then cut open my steak bites to come to see mine looks the same I even got a piece that was pure fat. In the meantime I’m still waiting on my crepes. We continue to eat our eggs and hash browns though the eggs seemed to slimy. We then finish our food the waitress then comes back to tell me and I quote “so the cook has been chitchatting and just now started on your crepes”. Mind you this is about 10-15 minutes after I was told they were preparing them. I just continue to tell her I’ll take them to-go since I am already feeling sick from the other food I ate. Waited another 5-10 minutes for my crepes. She did say she discounted our meal (she gave us a senior discount) and we left. I got the fresh fruit crepes and got strawberries and lemons on it. Didn’t know lemon were a berry but hey I guess we learn something new everyday. I don’t like to complain being I waitressed for around 5 years but when my meat looks like it does in the pictures and wait 30 minutes for a part of my food because the cook wants to “chitchat” I am not very pleased. We were also the only people in the restaurant at the time till two others came in about half way through our stay there.

Took forever to be seated then they try to put me at a dirty table. Placed the order quick, but it took a bit to get the food. Then about 20 minutes to checkout.

Lorenzo was our server today and did a amazing job! The food was amazing and even while being the only server he made sure we had everything we needed and took care of us. Definitely deserves a hell of a raise.

My family and I went here for lunch after church, and I can honestly say it was the best service we’ve had. There was no wait time, the food was cooked perfectly, and our waitress was very nice and attentive. I’m looking forward to coming again

Our server Kasey was amazing. We had a huge party- 10! She was just awesome. She kept the drinks refilled and all of our food allergies straight! Did you know ihop has gluten free pancakes! They were so good! Thanks Kasey for allowing our birthday brunch to be fabulous!!!

For years I have heard terrible things about this Ihop. Today my wife and I said it can’t be that bad. Let’s give them a chance. Big, BIG mistake! As soon as we went in we noticed it was very dead, only a few tables had customers. We were seated by a very rude waitress. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs with a side of grits. Our daughter had two pancakes, and my wife had scrambled eggs with hash browns. The table was sticky, the coffee carafe at the table had a crust around the rim. My tea glass was sticky. When our food came my wife’s sausage links were cold, her eggs cold, and her hard burnt hash browns couldn’t be eaten. My steak was hot and mediocre while my over easy eggs were over cooked and rubbery. My grits were hard and inedible, the waitress said as she sat them down “I added butter”. It didnt help. I paid the bill and we left never to return. This place is NASTY! I was really hoping the reviews were wrong. Im sorry I had to give it a star. It deserves negative stars. My wife’s stomach has been upset since we left. That was 9am and here it is after 4.

Stood at counter for 15 minutes to request table and was ignored. 2 servers came up to hand out delivery and walked off. Was numerous people waiting to be seated told over half hour wait times but only 4 tables in the entire restaurant had people seated. We left and went to Waffle House. Only waited 10 minutes for table and had great service.

I ordered through uber eats the breakfast family feast comprising of 8 pancakes, hash browns, bacon strips and scrambled eggs. I only got 4 pancakes no bacon and no strawberry glaze and blue berry sauce that I wanted with my pancakes. Very disappointed with the service. Tried calling several times the phone went unanswered. My birthday was ruined.

I don’t like to leave totally negative reviews. But this was probably close to one of the nastiest meals I have ever had to pay for. Now I understand that they were training another cook and another waiter but I would expect after waiting 20 minutes for food in a very relaxed dining room with maybe 10 other customers the food would be warm or eatable. Not impressed but I guess standards have fallen.
