They have no problem charging you for the sauce, but actually putting it in the bag….thats too difficult. Also, why do the fries taste like they were fried in day old unfiltered oil and smell funky

I ate a quarter pounder with cheese here with my father, and I have to say, it was delisous. I’ve eaten at McDonalds many a time in the past and it is goooooooooooooooooooooooood. Sometimes I go through the drive thru for a Big Mac and some 10-piece nuggets with sweet & sour sauce, or a good old-fashioned milkshake. the cashier smiles at me as I go up to the next window to grab my mcgriddle and mcmuffin from the employee there. I love the ice cream cones, and I don’t even care if the ice cream machine is broken and I can’t get one, because McDonald is about the good times and being there, just like how it was there for me and my dad when we were hungry and we got quarter pounders.

I used the mobile app to order my meal. I get asked to wait for my order and I was the only car in line (no problem). I get handed a bag and say thank you. When I get home I realize that the order was wrong. I called to get a refund since I got someone else’s order and the “manager” on duty told me that if I didn’t bring back the food they mistakenly gave me that they couldn’t get me a refund. Poor customer service and poor communication from someone that’s supposed to be in a manger roll.

Stopped by this McDonald’s recently and had a great experience. The food was hot and fresh, the order was correct, and the staff was friendly and quick. It’s always nice when a fast-food stop is smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back.

There has been multiple times now that I have ordered here and ordered one of their special deals they offer and the cashier will manually enter in the full price for the the meal and purposely over charge me for the food I’ve ordered and then proceeds to lie and tell me that they’re ” not offering that deal anymore because it just ended, or it’s a new month.” Like as if they only offer their deals 1 months at a time. Which I know to be incorrect in most the deals they offer and in reference to thisnm one specifically. Also considering the first item I asked for was the $5 meal deal and she rang it in and I asked for a large drink and i agreed to the added charge for that then ordered a second one and then she tells me that it’s full $9 price even with a small coffee for the drink cuz “the meal deal just ended” so how can you offer me the meal deal with my first menu item purchase then if the deal is no longer active? Aside from the fact that they have a giant sign hanging on the side of their building that has a picture of this featured promotion and are very obviously continuing to keep this active this month or currently. So I was charged 23$ for what should have been $10 plus and additional charge of about $3 for the special drink upcharge. This is also not the first time the employees have pulled a move like this and taken advantage of me and left me with less than anything good at all to say about how their treating customers and giving people good deals that make dining there more desirable than going somewhere else. Extremely disappointed. I wonder who they think they’re fooling and why they’re stealing money from their customers. SMH

The manager cares more about getting her time with a car at the window down than being at all professional or polite. I had to pull past the window and wait by the door when there wasn’t even anyone behind me in the drive thru. Shouldn’t be a manager. Scamming the company into thinking she’s more efficient than she actually is.

Three separate nugget meals all ordered with sweet and sour sauce and not one of them had it included. They also refused to let us purchase a happy meal toy for my four year old so we had to go back through the drive through and purchase an entire happy meal. Worst service ever.

The last few times I was there, the Orange Fanta was very low on syrup. It isn’t like it’s getting low, but set that way. It is this location because I have been at other today to get the same soda and it was fine. This location is cheating the customer on the cheapest item.

As I was pulling out of drive-thru, they forgot my sundayI reached back and got it. Only to find they forgot 2 of my meals, so we pull thru again. As we get about halfway home my son realized they forgot his shake/fury thing. Guy at window was very nice. He was the reason for any stars.
