My experience this time at the McDonald’s Druve through was not good at all. The coffe cup they gave me appeared dirty and also the lid didn’t even close right. I’m not happy at all. I always come to this location but this time I wasn’t impressed. The employees need to be checking their coffe cups and making sure that they are are clean and not dirty.I couldn’t even drink my coffee!

The service at this location is completely unprofessional, they took forever to prepare my food, and when i asked them how much longer it would be and the employee ripped the receipt out of my hand then went and giggled with another employee. I also over heard the manager speaking down on employees behind their back as well as employees they said had just quit. the overall environment in this location is horrible and makes me no longer want to be a customer, they most definitly wont see me in their building again.

McDonalds you need to improve your quality. It is rare to get hot, fresh food and the serving team needs to be better trained. I believe your stores order accuracy is extremely low. McDonalds do better. You have no idea how much profit you are losing out on because of the major deterioration of your quality and service over the years. Also every time I go into a store there is loud beeping noises from your equipment. Why? That is ear pollution.

My experience this time was not expected. I get people are frustrated..but act better than this. I repeated my order twice and still got it wrong. Had to wait in the second window for about 6 minutes. And they just slammed the window with my order. After reviewing what I have ordered it was still wrong…. so they definitely need to communicate better, act better, and stop being rude.

This is a really cool mcdonalds with unique tables and decor. My food has always been fresh and I always dine in. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because if you go here for lunch, don’t expect a clean table. I went here for lunch 5 times in 10 days and every table was dirty, every time. Dine in is never busy when I go so it’s a little annoying that all the tables are open but with trays that have receipts on them stating the meal was placed 2 hours ago and nobody has cleaned at all since then. Other than this, I think this mcdonalds is great.

I stopped by for a coffee and a quick bite to eat, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but Yulissa surprised me with incredible service. She was super friendly, smiling, and her good vibes were palpable from the moment she served me. Her hospitality got my day off to a great start. Thank you for making something as special as a visit to McDonald’s!
