Everytime I come thru the drive thru they mess something up, my burger box was completely open and my burger fell out trying to remove it from the bag and these are supposed to be large fries which clearly are filled with a small to medium amount of fries literally the worst fast food place I’ve been too across 4 states and 13 cities I’ve never seen a more screwed up establishment

Bad mood here this morning. Have boards up in front of the registers. Seem to be mad if you don’t use the kiosk. But they need to put a button for the bathroom door on the kiosk if they don’t want any interaction with the customer, the people that pay for their building and paycheck.

I stopped at the McDonald’s on 16th and Lincoln Avenue, at 4:09 am and was told they had just closed.
I drove to McDonald’s at 13 0 5 1st street and ordered a medium French fry and medium milkshake at about 3:30am-ish.
As I often have trouble sleeping and like to have my comfort food.
I was told that they couldn’t make a chocolate milkshake.

Ok walked in, no one at the counter wanted to pay cash so I didn’t want to use the kiosk. Walked to the counter and no one even paid attention the drive thru again was more important. So I walked out getting nothing.
This was the one on 1st around Nob Hill I’ll never ever go there again I don’t eat McDonald’s and now I’ll never stop here again so thanks for the no service no attention to service you have failed to meet the standard once again.

Terrible service. The workers were rude and acted like helping customers was a problem. No effort, bad attitude, and zero care about doing their job right. Easily one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. Not coming back.

WE WENT TO THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION LIKE WE ALWAYS HAVE SINCE THE EARLY 1970S. Came around 6:45 pm on 11/17/25 and had a great experience with the service up until the point when I went to refill my soda and I heard Monet the manager yelling at one of the employees asking “why he was late, what his schedule was and telling him that she doesn’t pay him for” in front of everyone … people like that shouldn’t be in a manager position or at the very least talking to employees in that way on display for coworkers and customers to hear.

Placed an online order. When I got there my food was in the back so I asked for it. The person handed me my bag and started to walk away when I asked for my cups. They handed me two cups when I ordered 3, so I asked for the third one. They rolled their eyes and looked at my receipt, which was running out of ink so you couldn’t read the numbers, then went to the computer to check. I got the third cup, looked in the bag and noticed I was missing a fry so I asked for it. Again, eye roll and looked at the receipt. I got my fries, said thank you and filled my cups. I should have checked the food before I left because I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger minus cheese, lactose intolerant, and I open my container when I get home and there is cheese on my burger. Guess I wasn’t really hungry tonight.
