When I walked into the restaurant, I noticed right away that everything was being cleaned ✨. The lobby looked neat, and even the bathrooms were getting attention , which gave a really good first impression. I went ahead and ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel along with a steak, egg, and cheese muffin . The muffin came out hot and fresh, just the way you’d hope for . But when I opened my other sandwich, I was a bit surprised… it didn’t quite match the same fresh, warm quality as the muffin . Overall, the cleanliness was great, but the food experience felt a little mixed.

We placed an online order in advance at this McDonald’s specifically to save time during our short coffee break. The order consisted of 7 coffees and 1 tea.
However, when we arrived, we still had to wait approximately 15–20 minutes before receiving the order. There were no lines or noticeable rush at the time, which made the wait even more surprising. Unfortunately, one of the coffees was already cold.
The main reason we ordered ahead was to make sure everything would be ready so we could quickly pick it up and return to work on time. Instead, we ended up waiting and were late getting back to work.
This is also not the first time this has happened at this location. I normally try to be patient, but this time I decided to leave a review because the purpose of ordering ahead is to save time, not to wait even longer.

The service we received today really made our day! The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Even when I changed my order they didn’t fuss, the gal at the register made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t express how great full we are.

My entire order was cold. How to ask for fresh fries twice? Not only did I never get fresh fries, but they gave me my old fries that they put back in the fryer.You can tell because they were burnt had no salt on them and still had old fry texture. I work in food service, I used to manage a fast food restaurant. Not only do I know the tricks , but I also know that it’s not that hard to at least get some fresh fries. This is pathetic! I understand a wait , I understand having to be pulled forward , but I do not understand holding food longer than is safe, healthy or fda approved.

Disappointment. i ordered my meal but the drive through lady was rage baiting me and my elderly mother. I am extremely disappointed because these kind of people dont know how to do their job. Also my meal was poorly made and my soda was halfway full.

When I walked into the Restaurant it was being cleaned. Bathrooms and lobby were being cleaned . Ordered a steak egg and cheese begal and a steak egg and cheese muffin. The muffin was hot and fresh but when I opened my other sandwich I noticed I received a sausage egg and cheese begal. Went back to have it replaced, manager gave me a free meal card for the inconvenience. Thanks McDonald’s for taking care of the issue. Will surely be back!

I ordered a meal online from this branch and got charged. It said the branch open 24 so I showed up at 8:30 pm and the place was completely shut. Why the hell wasn’t it updated that the branch was closed? Even Carl’s clearly shows on google maps it’s closed for Thanksgiving.
