The Lake Orion location of Leo’s Coney Island is a popular spot for breakfast and beyond, but the restaurant may need to be improved with their food.

The breakfast specials are served very well, but my toast was burnt. Thankfully, my waitress who served me took a discount off the bill. That’s the best service other than being attentive and helpful with customers! One takeaway from the service was not checking on customers on how the food was.

Atmosphere is nice, and full of people having a great time with company is what makes Leo’s of Lake Orion so special!

The breakfasts are delicious, made to order, and reasonably priced. Then, I changed it up a bit and got the chicken cherry wrap and it was fantastic. They toast the wrap so the whole thing is warm except for the crisp greens and dried cherries. The dressing is on the side, so it’s not dripping or overdone. The fries are hot and crispy with no salt added, so if you like them plain, they’re ready to eat. The staff is always kind and friendly. They know the regulars by name and year everyone that walks in like they matter just as much. A nice place for a quiet meal when you want someone else to cook for you.

I think the past 5-6 times we have gotten carry out our order has been totally messed up. Whether it’s only half the toppings on the Cobb salad, missing pita, missing dressing, completely giving us the wrong order like tonight we ordered a buffalo chicken finger pita and they gave us a plain one…it’s just always something. I have called to see if they would fix the situation and they always have an attitude, don’t care, or make us return the item for a refund which is frustrating because no one wants to drive 15 minutes back while the other meal gets cold so it’s not even worth it. Just go to the Oxford location…way better service and they never get the order wrong. Kind of our fault for giving lake Orion Leo’s so many chances lol spend your hard earned money where they care!

Breakfast was decent, although everything is expensive now a days. I should have asked for the hash browns to be well done, they just didn’t seem to be cooked enough in my opinion. But overall everything was good.

This Lake Orion Leo’s is in a very convenient location for an easy drop-in meal. We are visiting and it was perfect today for a late lunch. Coney Island Hot Dogs on special and a Tuna Salad Sandwich. Both very tasty! Our server was efficient and very friendly.

Generally very consistent, reliable and reasonable. Go-to spot for my friends and I. Food and service has always been good for us, though the butter they use on toast is pretty weird. And I wish they had a coat hook in the stall in the men’s room

This is a great place if you are familiar with Leo’s and especially if you love Coney dogs. I also enjoy their Greek salads and lemon rice soup. The soup this visit was lukewarm, however, they are always happy to reheat if needed. I always enjoy eating at Leo’s for my favorites.

We were invited out to dinner by someone. However that friend had issues with their card from their bank (not his fault. A bank error.) We are regulars at this restaurant. Unfortunately he let the waitstaff know his card issue to figure outbwhat to do and the manager said they would call the cops on all of us. Treated everyone at the table like they were thieves that were going to run out on the tab. If we were going to do that we would never have let the staff know what was going on. Especially since we usually have that same waitress. Your waitstaff was as equally rude. A waitress with extremely long Bleach blonde hair kept talking about us to a young guy at the front counter and glaring at us. Even after we tried to explain what happened. They were EXTREMELY RUDE TO US. ***REGULAR CUSTOMERS!*** Listen, none of us took money because we were INVITED to dinner. The fact you treated us all like THIEVES even tho we come regularly…is pretty sad. Your manager is horrible in how he treated us. I will be praying for you. We won’t be back. Ever. Accidents happen but how you and your staff responded to the accident was ATROCIOUS. LEARN SOME COMPASSION. AMEN?

Well was in enjoying my morning thought I would go to Leo’s because of the amazing service before but today was different it started with the most condescending person I have ever met and the she started boasting that she was a manager. And her name was Amanda and then the food came out all over cooked hash browns were burnt eggs over hard and steak well done. So with that being said I’ll never coming here again.

Ordered carryout. Arrived 5 minutes earlier than estimated time and half the order was on the counter waiting to be bagged. 25 minutes later the other half came out to be bagged. Anytime the young lady working the counter would ask about the rest of my order the “cook” would essentially tell her to shut up and mind her own business. She seemed to take it as playful but his tone has me doubting that. All the while I am watching the same “cook” reach in bare handed and eat out of the ingredient containers they have on the line. Literally never seen anything so poorly managed/unprofessional unless it was on TV and Gordon Ramsey was in a van in the parking lot. Never again. Especially not for over-priced Sysco slop.
